We stayed two nights and the hotel is huge, alot of rooms, could get lost quite easily. Quite the walk to get to our room. The hallways are old and not very clean. The rooms were old, beds were very soft and low, not very comfortable as I prefer firmer beds. Great location, away from the main center but only...

This is a hard hotel to review. We were with a tour and I found this hotel a bit strange even by European standards. It is old or at least appears to be very old in its style. It is very well maintained and very clean. The hallways are huge and our room was abnormally large but others had very...

Stayed here a few weeks ago and I've been here before as part of a group and we keep going back as the location and service is by far the best! The food is great and good wide variety. The rooms are brilliant especially if you get a lake view, which is just outside the front door. Short walk to...

The room I had was nice and large, clean and well kept. Good air-con and view, although not all rooms have this and some are quite small. Beds were comfortable and excellent maid service too. The location is a 20-30 min walk to the main areas and train station but there is a bus stop outside which is convenient. The...

Stayed here as part of rowing Ireland for a couple of days, I was really looked after. There was always a good selection of food and of good quality. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Stayed here for 4 nights to attend 2 seminars and it left some mixed feelings. The Good: its a nice building, the food during the seminars was really good and the service was also good, especially during the lunches and aperos it was perfect. The Average: The room was ok with some old style charm and the bed was comfortable....

We stayed at this hotel as part of a group tour so I can't say if it was good value for the price. The hotel is a longer, but doable walk from the city centre. However, I wouldn't plan on doing the walk too often, especially in rainy weather. The hotel itself has a lovely view of the lake and...

Overall I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The lobby and common areas are spacious and comfortable, enjoyable for a drink from their bar. The room was a nice size with windows that opened to smell the fresh air and view the mountains. Each side of the bed had a closet and small night table. There was a room safe. I...

I stayed at the Grand Hotel Europe for 3 nights because I had business in and around Lucerne. In addition to the absolutely wonderful location (central but nevertheless quiet and on the shore of Lake Lucerne), my room was spacious and seemed newly refurbished. The old luxurious rooms contrasted beautifully with the modern interior design. Service was very friendly and...

I was very pleased to find such a place in Luzern, with the perfect view on the lake and wonderful atmosphere. Big and cozy rooms. I'm a person, who is paying very much attention to what I'm eating, so the food in this hotel was amazing for such small price! So I recommend to everybody, to stay in this hotel...
