We have diffilculties hauling our suitcases along the stone-paved roads reaching the hotel. Other than that, all is well. (At check out we know better and book a taxi). Railway station, lake cruise jetty, chapel bridge, all within walking distance. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good, but can become boring if you stay longer. No made to order...

This is a unique hotel. Older building with small rooms that have been updated to provide a nice experience. The staff is super and eager to please. We stayed for two nights and walked to the hotel from the train station with our luggage. If we go back to Lucern we will stay here again.

This place is great! We stayed for three nights. It's so close the lake. We didn't have lake views but some of the other rooms do! Very spacious and trendy! Was the perfect place to kick back and enjoy relaxing holiday in Lucerne! Breakfast could have had a slightly bigger selection but otherwise our stay was perfect!

Very good hotel in a great location. The staff was very nice and the room is big and comfortable. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is very good too! A good price for Lucerne... and the pizza is very good

Location is perfect close to everything, especially to the train station and Lake Lucern (including the old bridge), nice boutique hotel, very clean and great service, good italian restaurant (a good 10% discount), good breakfast, including gluten free bread available at breakfast

The room was cramped, but fitted with many amenities, including fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was especially cramped, and our exhaust fan did not work. No conditioner was provided, just squeeze bottles for soap/shampoo. The bed was fluff and a true king (other hotels in Switzerland tend to have two twins next to each other). Ceiling fan.

I had a beautiful single room on the top floor with a small balcony overlooking the clock tower and roofs of old town Lucerne. The room was simple but lovely and completely clean, didn't feel cramped and had a free Nespresso machine. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the restaurant very good. Can't beat the location.

This small hotel is only a dozen steps from the scenic riverfront area of Lucerne. It's only a ten minute walk from the train station and is conveniently located in the picturesque Old Town area, which we spent many hours exploring. The rooms are clean and modern, with a small bathroom. We paid extra for a larger room, but found...

We stayed here for 2 days and I must add a very centrally placed hotel. Walking distance from the station and in the heart of the city. Nice clean rooms. The Italian restaurant within the hotel was really good. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant for the most part. They gave us a free upgrade to a very nice room. The breakfast was also very extensive and filling. The only problem was that there is no a/c which we knew in advance. But in September, it was in the low 80s. So we had to sleep with the...
