The staff was there 24 h a day, friendly, accessible, helpful. Proper room service, freindly, agreably furnished rooms, practical, with everything we needed for our comfort. Situated near the train station, a five minute walk from the lake. Very convenient.

Stayed here on a short business trip as it was inexpensive in an otherwise expensive city. It was perfectly acceptable for one night only. Room was comfortable. Good wifi connection and the hotel supplied me with a power adaptor as my standard European adaptor wouldn't take in Switzerland. The hotel is well located, close to the station and a short...

I stayed here 4 nights in June 2016. It was my 4th time staying at Hotel des Alpes, and I will continue to go there every time I go to Geneva on business. It is a small hotel and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived on an early-morning flight and was able to get into my room by...

This hotel appealed due to its reasonable cost and convenient position. It is close to the railway station, close to the lake and also very accessible to the vieille ville (a comfortable walk or a short, free ferry trip across the lake). Its immediate surrounds are not particularly nice but a very short walk gets you to the more exclusive...

Close to the train station is certainly it's best feature. It's a three star hotel that is safe relatively quiet and clean. It's a decent base for a quick trip through Geneva. Clean, safe and mostly quiet. If I were staying more than a day or two, I'd look further out for something cozier with a bit more charm. Helpful...

My wife and I booked this hotel for a short three night stay in Geneva. We were looking for a centrally located Hotel, that offered inclusive breakfast, Tea and Coffee facilities, free Geneva public transport and flexibility. Our first impression was cleanliness and efficiency. We arrived in the evening and Kevin was on the front desk. He was very welcoming...

The location was good and we could walk everywhere with no problems. The car parking was close by ...only about a 5 minute walk. The room was clean and tidy and door manager was very helpful and informative.

Our first time in Geneva. I can say nothing bad about this hotel. Reception staff was lovely and informative. The room was lovely and spacious, we was on the top floor. The continental breakfast was just enough. Free wi fi through out the hotel. Close to all shops and the main train station. For a 3 star hotel this was...

Geneva is an expensive place, whether it be for food or for a hotel. I have stayed here several times now (the first time was on someone's recommendation) and if I go to Geneva, it is my hotel of choice. It's not glamorous, just a small simple hotel with friendly staff, but for Geneva, it's well priced. They have now...
