We stayed at B&B San Fiorenzo for 3 nights in the minor suite, and loved every night! In short, the bed was large and comfy, the WiFi worked, and the breakfasts were tasty. The room was huge, even by American standards, and the bathroom very clean. We were given wonderful recommendations on where to eat and drink, much better than...

We really enjoyed the B&B - Luigi, Monica and Patricia were very welcoming and helpful. We booked the Minor suite which was a good size for a couple. Breakfast was amazing! Location was good, less than 5 minutes walk to main square. Despite central location, very quiet at night. If you are driving, be sure and get exact info for...

We stayed in Suite Major for 4 nights. It is a very spacious apartment and has of course the famous shower in an old well, which is very roomy for an Italian shower. Luigi was very helpful every day in suggesting places to go and to eat, and helping us to find the local buses out of town for our...

we loved our stay here. Our hosts were very helpful and welcoming and gave us plenty of information about the surrounding area and some of the great places to see, where to eat etc. We loved the restaurant Il Paiolo which was very close which they recommended. The churches San Pietro and San Domenica are a must but when you...

Amazing place! Very Clean! Hosts were welcoming and we were made to feel at home! We can highly recommend this beautiful B&B! (my only 'very small' recommendaton to them would be to have more pillows or at least one extra...there were two pillows and both were very high and hard)

My husband and I stayed at San Fiorenzo and we loved it. Monica and Luigi are great hosts. We stayed 4 nights and we used it as a base to visit Assisi by bus. We walked everywhere and the views from the top are fantastic. Be warned, Perugia is a historic town and its hilly. There's a minimetro which you...

This is a lovely Bed and Breakfast. Monica and Luigi are helpful hosts. The room was comforatable and tastefully furnished giving a peaceful calm effect. Breakfast included excellant yogurt, cereal and good coffee. The location is central..ideal for exploring Perugia. Rates are very good for a couple and a little expensive for a solo traveller. I loved having my own...

Located in an ancient building with comfortable, modern appointments and hosts who are very helpful but non obtrusive, this B&B is very small and somewhat difficult to find.so come with a good map. Perugia is on multiple levels and most maps being 2 D are deceiving. The hosts restaurant recommendations were wonderful. When there was trouble with WiFi, hosts had...

We spent six nights at B&B San Fiorenzo in May 2011, basing our decision on the location (as we were travelling by train and bus) and very favourable reviews on TripAdvisor. It proved to be an excellent choice--just a short walk to the centre of Perugia, the Minimetro to other parts of the city including the train station, and buses....

We spent five wonderful nights at San Fiorenzo in late April 2011. From the warm greeting of owners Luigi and Monica complete with cappuccino, to the sparkling clean accommodations, to the excellent location, to the marvelous breakfasts -- it exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable trip. Luigi and Monica are superb hosts -- accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Each...
