Central position, big spacious rooms. Very clean and light, with a nice balcony. The free parking is a bit far, but still ok. We asked for adjoining rooms, since we were a big family. They confirmed it, but then, once there, we had two rooms that were at the opposite side of the floor. Good value for money

Our room was small, clean and basic, with 2 single beds pushed together, but they were clean and very comfortable. We had a little balcony, which looked into the residential building across the street - not the views as seen in the photos! The proprietors were friendly and helpful and very happy to make a cup of tea for us...

Lovely little hotel right at the beginning of climbing the steps to the old city, situated in the charming little streets of Perugia. Feel like a local! Very well located. We had a very clean romantic room on the 3th floor with stunning view. Crisp sheets, comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving tips if needed and...

This little Hotel is perfectly placed in the middle of Perugia old town. Basic room and bathroom facilities very adequate. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is very basic. Could have a little more choice of fruit juice perhaps and better bread! But really perfectly adequate.

Stayed her two nights. Walter at front desk was very helpful. Room was nice, mattress on one side was very worn and uncomfortable. We did have a balcony overlooking a back alley, still nice to have a balcony. Beware of the steps...there are many to get to the hotel and make sure you get the correct directions. We didn't and...

The hotel is in the centre of the town and nearer to tourist site. Easy to access. The staff is friendly and try to communicate with us in the language we understood. The wi-fi offered by the hotel was very effective and accessble. The place is very quite and can be excellent for someone who needs peace and quite moments

We visited Perugia for two days and spent the night in San Ercolano hotel. The next morning, our car wouldn't start. The hotel owner brought us to a garage to buy some motor oil and borrowed us some tools. Unfortunately, we couldn't fix our car ourself so we had to wait for a mechanic. The hotel owners were very hospitable...

“Ask for the higher rooms with views of Assisi- I think our room number was 51. And DON'T book with a company like booking.com, as they have deals with the hotel for the more average rooms. I contacted the hotel directly via email and organised a nicer room with a view, for only about 20-30 euro extra over the 4 nights we stayed.”
