The Hotel Rosalba is a small hotel just outside the castle walls, a couple of minutes by escalator to Plaza Italia. We had five very comfortable nights and I am happy to recommend this hotel. In summary the room was clean and comfortable. Francesco and the other staff were excellent and the breakfast was varied and very good. We had...

The Rosalba is perfectly located so you walk a few steps and into n escalator System through the mountain to the city centre. Takes. Just a few minutes! I would recommend a taxi if arriving by train though as its not on the mini metro line and it IS up the hill; like everything in Perugia. The three men on...

The ground floor apartment we stayed was excellent value, self contained, modern inside and spacious. The location is perfect, with no need to cross the road for access to the medieval town, as escalators and a little walking will take you through the lower parts of an impressive fortification. The management are very helpful and friendly. The site is like...

We spent two days with the family in this hotel and we were very satisfied: the rooms are nice, the receipt clerks are friendly and the location is perfect. It's a very small albergo with only 10 rooms! There is no elevator, but the air conditioning and also the wifi worked well. The reception closes at 20pm, so notify if...

The breakfast spoils everything: our bedroom was nice and comfortable but the breakfast is terrible. One of the worst we ever had! It is downstairs, there is 2 tables and 2 others sits. Since there is not enough space, some couples were obliged to come back 10 minutes later. The young lady was just standing there and starring at us...

Dear Sir, as it is written on our website is a self service breakfast and so we proceeded to organize the buffet and set the table. The room hotel is small and we can help. I take this opportunity to tell our customers that they can also choose the "room only" rate and if they chose to have breakfast in...

Perfectly situated on the edge of the old city so easy to drive into from the airport or the main road (and to get out) but a 2 minute walk into the old city in Perugia. Clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. It was effortless and ideal to stay here for a quick visit to Perugia

This hotel was in the most perfect spot for Umbria Jazz participants. We arrived by bus and were able to reach the hotel in minutes from the station by going up one escalator. Then it is another 2 minute walk to reach the underground city from which you reach the city center. All the noise and hubbub is far enough...

Comfortable and well placed hotel, right next to the hidden escalators that run up and down the perpendicular old town. This meant you were an easy ten minute walk/ride up to the heart of the city. Our room was a little smaller than I expected, but pleasant. Split on two levels, double bed where you come in, then stairs up...

Room 7 (3rd floor) faces street corner, so you will hear some traffic noise, most of which will be blunted by tightly closed shutters. No elevator, little storage. Breakfast (3 EUR extra) a good bargain; selection of sausages, cheese, croissants, pastries, fresh fruit, etc. Room could use more storage (some shelving for bathroom and room), it's very basic but decent...

A warm welcome and our bags carried to the room (there is no lift). Good location, at the foot of the escalators to/from the main street, through the fortress. Excellent room, spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. Quiet. Good strong coffee at breakfast, though the breakfast area is very small. I would strongly recommend this hotel and we will definitely...
