Visited Siena in April 2012 for one night, and this hotel made our stay very pleasant. Close to some good restaurants, a short hike from most of the main sites (the top of the Duomo was visible from the front of the hotel). Breakfast was wonderful, with an emphasis on the mostly British patronage, and there was the opportunity to...

This place if fine. OK location (on the edge of the old city), OK rooms and bathrooms ( both spacious but oldish). It just isn't good value for money. We stayed in some proper palace rooms for this price during out two week stay in Tuscany. The breakfast and garden however are excellent.

This hotel represents great value for money. It is small. I believe less than 50 rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms were neat and clean and very spacious. The bathroom was also quite large. It is very near the center of the city. The Duomo was only a short walk. The recommended a great restaurant for...

We really enjoyed this one! Getting there was a bit difficult because of the layout of the city, but with a good GPS we made it. Once we arrived the staff was friendly and very helpful, they made great suggestions for restaurants. The room we stayed was beautiful! The room had a curtain that separated the kids area and the...

I decided to splurge and book this hotel and I'm so glad I did. The view off the back (the garden view) was magnificent. I've never seen anything like it. When you look at a map or read the reviews, you may think that it's on the edge of town, but we walked through the whole town with ease in...

Terrific location off the beaten track but within walking distance of city center. Incredible views of the valley out our window, huge rooms. And by far the best breakfast we had in our 10 days in Tuscany. Delicious, tasty bread (a real rarity), salami, cheese, fruit. Very helpful, friendly staff. Worth the price.

Each summer since 2001 I have stayed at the Ravizza usually for a month each time. I know the hotel like the back of my hand and I know the staff like my family (same staff for over a decade). Needless to say, if I didn't love this place so much I certainly wouldn't continue to return annually. Because it...

The location of this hotel is great but the service was just ok. When we called to ask for help getting a reservation of two to some wine tasting we were told that we should call the wineries ourselves. They have some tours they will send you on but if you want to plan your own thing you are on...

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Our rooms were facing the back of the hotel and the view is superb. The breakfast was great. The bathrooms were beautiful. There is no room service but town is a quick walk. It is worth getting a room with the view!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was large and super comfortable, and very beautiful with old world charm. We found it to be very conveniently located and it walking distance to everything. Siena, like most Tuscan cities, is a walking city, so I suggest leaving the high heels behind and opting for more comfortable footwear to...
