We rented a car in Florence and decided to stay in Siena for the night during our drive through Tuscany. This hotel was perfect. The front desk staff was so friendly, helping us to navigate the confusing roads of Siena to get to the parking. The free parking was a HUGE perk as parking is pretty difficult in Italy. The...

I just noted another reviewer commenting on the beds being too hard. YES!!! But I must admit that was the only "complaint" I could think of for this beautiful, friendly hotel. Other than the hard bed, the room was lovely with the most gorgeous view I believe I have ever had at a hotel, looking out over the garden and...

room excellent aside from too hard bed. people a pleasure, very helpful. breakfast adequate, but less than we received at other hotels on our trip. Free parking is a bonus, although the climb from the parking lot to the hotel is a chore.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff, Paolo, in particular was very helpful. I did not like my original room as it was too large and dark and so he moved me to a new more modern room with a lovely view of the garden. The palace is old and large so be sure to ask for an...

We had a nice drive from Rome airport to Siena. The drive to Siena was fun, we were just sorry we did not have enough time to stop and enjoy some of the villages along the way such as Pienza, etc. Next time. When we got to Siena the GPS took us right to the Palazzo, but we drove right...

We enjoyed our couple of nights here in Siena. I will start with special thanks to Valeria and Paolo who looked after us well. So no surprise that a strong basis for my recommendation is their staff. We had a room with a great view our over the garden and the old city walls. Very pleasant. Of course you pay...

This hotel is within the city walls. If you have a car, be sure to let the hotel know because they need to register your car to ensure that you can drive within the walls. This is a good hotel - not luxurious, but comfortable.

Palazzo Ravizza is a wonderful hotel with very friendly staff! They gave us several wonderful restaurant recommendations! We enjoyed the variety of the included breakfast, and especially the ability to order scrambled eggs at a nominal expense. (They should make sure that guests know about this option.) The hotel has a large outside patio overlooking the Tuscan hills and will...

This is an atmospheric and classic 3-star hotel in operation since the 1920s. I enjoyed my spacious room, and the ability to park at the hotel within walking distance of Il Campo. The garden is lovely, and the staff very helpful. The feeling is definitely of something from a time gone past, and a stay here is like going back...

Stayed for one night while traveling through Tuscany. Located within the walls of the old town, all important landmarks and monuments are within a short walk. The city gets swamped during the day time with excursion, so having the advantage of night time walks offers an almost mystical experience of this amazing town. Day time is an assault on the...
