Room was very basic but clean. We needed a room for three persons and the room had two twin beds and one full. The bathroom was also very clean. Location is wonderful close to all the shops and restaurants.

The greatest quality of Hotel Duomo is location. It is right in the center of Siena and in walking distance to almost everything. The staff are very kind and helpful and there is a great breakfast buffet. The rooms are slightly outdated but clean.

Hotel Duomo was well located and clean. Antonio was very friendly and helpful. The room had a beautiful view and a lovely balcony. The bathroom was extremely limited in space and there was a shortage of bars of soap. The staff was helpful in arranging transportation to our next destination.

Check in went great but while walking to my room I was horrified by how dirty the hall carpet was. I mean filthy. It was as if the famous Palio horse race of Siena rushed through the hall way and no one bother to clean the track marks. The room was better- clean sheets and towels. A few ants coming...

We (four family members) had a fine overnight stay in Siena, thanks to this hotel -- close enough to the Duomo, the Palazzo Pubblico and the National Picture Gallery (Pinacoteca Nazionale) to make it possible to see a great deal in a short time. We had two rooms, each of which was quiet and clean, with an excellent shower and...

The hotel was nicely situated and a short walk everywhere. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was better than expected with a full selection of foods and very good espresso. The room was comfortable if a little small. The best shower in a two week trip. We had a great view from our room. The beds were very comfortable...

A reasonable, good hotel...but I was very pleased with the help of Sergio in the reception when I was not feeling well!!! He really did a great job! The breakfast was fine, rooms were good and quiet. We travelled by train through Tuscany so I cannot say anything about parking a car..

We found our room to be clean and felt there was nothing "tired" about it as another reviewer stated about their bathroom. It is a small hotel in a very old building that has been nicely remodeled. So, it does have character like steps in places where there would be none in a building constructed to be used as a...

There were three of us and found we had plenty of space. Their was not much of a view but the city has so much to offer, that the location made it easy to get out and explore at any time of day or night. the hotel offered a living room sitting area on the second floor outside of our...

We stayed two nights here. The hotel is very well situated but parking is nonexistent. For an additional 20 €/night the hotel will park the car for you. Highly recommended. Very limited but courteous staff with accurate suggestions. There is really no lobby on the ground floor. We requested a quiet room with a view. We had #151. It had...
