It's all about location. Hotel Leon Bianco is located in the heart of this beautiful walled city on the central square. The drive to the hotel on the narrow streets is not for the faint of heart but you can unload your luggage at the front door. After unloading you are required to park in specified lots outside of the...

Dear M.r Paul, we want to thank you for the praises to the location and to our Hotel. To arrive here with car can be very funny, like an adventure :) We hope to welcome you again. Kind regards from our family and staff

We stayed in this lovely hotel while holidaying in Italy last year (NOT 2016, but can't change the year here). It was a challenge to drive through the gate with a huge rented Jeep, in order to unload our luggage. We had a room overlooking the square & worried it would be noisy, but not at all; things quietened down...

We spent 3 nights at Hotel Leon Bianco. It was very challenging to drive up to the door of the hotel, then to return the car to the remote parking lot -- but that's the price you pay for being centrally located. Our room at the back was quiet (as we'd requested) and charming with shuttered windows opening to the...

San Gimignano was one of our favourite destinations on our 17 day trip through Italy. It's full of character and charm. The Hotel Leon Bianco is in the perfect location in the main square. You can have dinner and listen to street musicians and life just seems wonderful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet and very nice. Breakfast was exceptional,...

The first hotel we stayed in in Italy, the beds were comfortable, rooms very adequate, breakfast substantial with friendly staff. Rooms are serviced daily, and the location is excellent. Walking in and around the picturesque town is lovely, and the circular walk around the town (+- 8km) is steep, but worthwhile. A 2 day visit is plenty.

This hotel is wonderful. It is in amazing location in the main square offering wonderful views of the square and town. When you enter San Gimignano walk up the hill to the square and it will be in front of you. The staff was very friendly and my husband and I both enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Our room was...

Wonderful stay. Lovely view from our spacious room, helpful staff, and good breakfast My son and I really enjoyed our one night here. Staying overnight allowed us to experience this beautiful world heritage sight without the crowds. Also glad we took the time to visit the local church and museums, and climb the bell tower for views of the surrounding...

Good location, great actually. Good breakfast. Rooms a bit old, but does the trick if you're looking for a place to stay *in* San Gimignano. Rooms on the 2nd floor are all accessible only with stairs so no strollers can be there. We haven't tested the whirlpool tub but it sure seemed nice (and the water were warm, I checked).

Only one night with the best location. It is helpful to have possibility to arrive by car At the front of the hotel. Personnel is nice, good communication. Our room was nice despite of the fact not with panorama. Breakfast room is amazing - you can feel this hotel was bulit in the C14th.

This is a lovely friendly hotel right on the main square at the top of the hill that San Gimignano clings to. We could see three of the 14 ancient towers from our window. It looked down on the 14th century well. There are great restaurants all around and the award winning gelato shop. The room was nice and clean....
