A fairly short walk to the Field of Miracles (the Tower is the least of them!), albeit initially through an underpass. Hotel was clean, quiet, staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast excellent (though as a Brit don't enjoy watching dogs sat at table!). We went to Lucca next by train - Pisa San Rossore station is a walk from...

The fact that they serve breakfast and in the price it is included that was the only good thing in the hotel. Budget price. But I would not recommend this Hotel. Staff was unfriendly. Check in and check out easy but still were unfriendly. Easy to reach the Piazza del Miracoli. Room was far from good. Should have made some...

This hotel is basic, but they offer joining rooms for families at very reasonable prices. The staff were all friendly and helpful even when the bar area was closed they opened it up when we asked for a drink. The ladies in the breakfast area were run off their feet but still always happy and said good morning and thank...

Grand Hotel Bonanno is a very good hotel, nothing too spectacular about it, but it does have clean and cozy rooms with relatively good Wi-Fi connection. The hotel is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, maybe a 15-20 minute walk. The breakfast is very good as well - you have everything that meat lovers would enjoy + vegetarian...

Stayed here with Tour company Riviera. Hotel surrounded on 2 sides by a road, 3rd side by a car park, and 4th side by a railway. Breakfast was poor .. everything from machines all laid out down the side of the dining room. Not even tea and coffee were served by waiters. 15 mins walk to Pisa. No restaurants close...

We had booked for 4 nights, I was planning to propose to my girlfriend in our room which looked nice on the pictures. Upon arriving at the hotel which is a lot further walk from the centre than advertised we were given a room that can only be described as a dark cupboard. It was disgusting and nowhere near 4...

We drove here and were pleased with the free parking and closeness to the airport for our hire car drop-off. The desk staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, from locating restaurants I'd read about to directing us to the petrol station open on a Sunday. Our room was on the front but was not noisy. The shutters come down at...

This hotel is "OK" but not great. It's not even close to meeting a 4 star standard. The breakfast is decent and the value is ok. It's 900 meters walk from the tower but most of the decent restaurants are 1-2.5 km walk. The WiFi barely works and that's totally unacceptable for any hotel of any star rating in 2016!...

Just 900 m by foot from the Leaning tower, Good breakfast, great room, express check in/out friendly staff, "winter blankets" really needs improvement, because the nearby railway tracks, it is a bit noisy, but not so much disturbing
