I stayed at the Hotel Relais dell'Orologio for one night on my way home to Ireland, via Pisa, after a two week stay in the Cinque Terre. I had booked this room several months ago on a non-refundable basis for a very low sum. It was for a single room and when I arrived I was shown into a tiny...

The staff was WONDERFUL. The hotel gave us a great bottle of wine for our honeymoon. We loved our cozy room. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The complimentary breakfast is fabulous and is served out on the patio. We loved this hotel and wished we could have stayed longer!

Overall the experience was very good; we received a very nice welcome from the staff who were all extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The standard of the room was mixed. We understand the architectural difficulties imposed by such an old building. The location of the hotel was excellent and the garage parking facilities were very good indeed. We enjoyed the...

Due to my line of work I travel a lot throughout the world for many years now, and I must admit that Hotel Relais dell'Orologio was the most pleasant surprise as far as hotels go. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and class of the hotel were excellent (remember that this is Italy, and room sizes in average hotels are about one...

I stayed for two weeks at this hotel as i was studying Italian in PISA. The hotel is delightful with friendly staff especially in the bar and food areas. The food is very good, but the menu needs some variation for longer term visitors. The rooms are beautifully decorated although mine was a little small for a five star hotel....

We arrived at 10.30 pm flight and had to run to get the last train. At the train station we were expecting to get a taxi, but there were 10 others waiting and no taxis coming. We had no map so we asked at a hotel nearby for map and directions. No map but general directions which we followed pulling suitcases...

My four year old son and I stayed here for one night and couldn't have had a nicer experience. The reception staff were friendly and incredibly helpful - unlike some of the other comments they were more than happy to book taxis and make recommendations and were very nice to my little boy. The restaurant is set in a gorgeous...

We went to this hotel thinking that with all of the great reviews on trip advisor that it would be fantastic. It was not in the slightest. The restaurant was the pinnacle of the terrible, seriously the main course on the tasting menu were langoustines with less meat than an ant and raw vegetables that would have been out of...

We stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon and were a little bit disappointed with the small room which was always too warm due to poor airconditioning - we had to ask for a mobile fan to keep us cool at night. Also the in room wireless didn't seem to work. Having said that, the staff were very...

We stayed here two nights in mid-June, 2010. The strength of the hotel is in its English speaking, very helpful staff. This hotel clearly caters to people from the UK and the USA. Our room was not large, but very pretty, nicely decorated, with a nice sized bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. Our days in Pisa were sunny...
