This is rating as a 5 star hotel. Reality is worst 3 star. Air condition was working the whole night without possibility to switch off. Setup was about 18 degrees. One shower gel, furniture very old and used a lot. Because some group of people in hotel, we couldn’t eat dinner in time we wanted and have to wait one and half hour. Breakfast very pure. One cheep type of ham and salami and cheese. Scrambled eggs totally dead. No vegetable except crushed tomatoes. Waiters and personal on the bar only complement this hotel. Compare price/quality is very bad.

Fabulous architecture and really of great decor… Not sure where all the negative reviews about maintenance came from, it’s a well-maintained hotel with good quality fixtures and fittings becoming its five stars... Sure there are a couple of things that weren’t perfect but we thought it was great Staff were efficient but very welcoming… As they weren’t busy they gave us a choice of rooms to look at when we arrived, and we took the one facing the road so we could see the view of the mountains and Pisa tower… Even though we knew it would be a little more noisy. The rooms facing the pool are quiet but miss the views. Would come again for sure if we visit Pisa… we only stayed one night and wish it was more.

My mom and I went on a mother/daughter trip to Italy. We did a quick one night stay in Pisa and caught our flight out the next morning. If I were actually staying in Pisa for a few days I would recommend staying more in the city center. But my mom and I walked to the Leaning Tower in about 20 minutes from the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They called us a cab in the morning and we were at the airport in about 10-12 minutes. I thought our room was clean and the AC worked great. One of the light bulbs was burned out in the bathroom but it wasn’t a big deal to me. Ferrari was actually hosting an event while we were there and we got to see some amazing cars parked out front!!! I would stay here again but if I go back and spend more time in Pisa I might look for something more city centered.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights when we arrived in Italy and one night on the way back. The first room we were given the safe did not work in and the tap fell off the shower when we tried to use it also the phones in the rooms didn't work either so we had to go down to reception to report the faults. Maintenance came to fix the safe but were unable to and said they would be back in a minute, 30 minutes later we were still sitting in the room and nobody arrived so I had to go back down to the reception again. We were then upgraded to a better room where the safe and shower worked. The water in the shower in the 3 different rooms we were in went hot and cold all the time. At the end of our journey before returning home we stayed at this hotel as it is quite near to the airport and we had already booked for our return. We had a meal that night in the restaurant and the quality of food was very poor and very expensive as were the drinks at the hotel. It would have been cheaper for us to taxi in and out of the centre and eat and drink there. When we got home we realised I had left a pair of air pods in the hotel so I contacted them by email to ask if they had them. I got no response so I emailed again and the reply came saying they found them in the room. I asked if they could post them to me and I would transfer the postage costs to them and they said no that it was too difficult for them and that I would have to arrange a courier myself. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. I would like to say that the two ladies at the front desk were very helpful and polite while we were there, however I do not recommend this hotel to stay in

We had 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights. Everything is worn out and old. They claim hotel was built in 2010 but it looks and feels like it’s over 25 yrs old. We had ants running around all over our rooms. Don’t leave any food products out. The breakfast buffet is awful. A 5 year old can make better scrambled eggs. The pool was full of leaves and was dirty in the bottom. And they don’t supply you with a detailed invoice. The only good part is the staff. Very cordial and nice.

This hotel is amazing I was travelling with my two children aged 11 and 9 staff were very friendly organised taxis and helped with restaurants and gave advice on where to go what to do. Mariana was lovely drs helped plan our trip to Florence made great recommendations and also remembered it was my bday and gave restaurant recommendations to make my day special. The hotel pool was ok not great but nice to have a pool in a city. Leaning tower is 10 min walk location great. I felt very safe in the hotel ☺️

Fantastic , I really enjoyed our trip to Pisa, lovely and clean, plenty of refreshments available , some unbelievably impressive buildings to ponder , don’t miss inside the Cathedral , it’s awesome, there were huge crowds when we were there but that wasn’t a problem , I’d imagine it’s always busy,

Stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Italy. We were off to a bad start from check in when the receptionist sent us up to our room but the key would not work so we had to go back down and explain the situation. We were then sent back up to what was supposed to be our room, however, we arrived to somebody else’s room with all their belongings inside. This was not only an intrusion of that person(s) privacy but annoying for us to have to keep going up and down in the lift with our luggage. We then had to go back to reception for a third time. The hotel charges something like €18 a night for parking yet there is abundance of spaces available on the street next to the hotel where you can park for free. They also charge an additional €25 on top of any room service order which I have never experienced in any hotel before. The gym is nothing like what it looks on the photos, it was 28 degrees inside with no water in the water machine, no weights and only one mat to use. The rooms were nice enough, clean and tidy. The location is good, it is roughly a 10 minute drive and 20 minute walk to Pisa tower. Staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming.

Derelict rundown place with dirty pool and rooms, broken phones, rusty bathrooms, full of mosquitos , very noisy as walls are made of paper. Made up charges will be added to bills. Avoid at all costs this place.

Nice place to stay the night before a flight in pisa. The pool area is really good, nice size with a shallow area for kids. Nice bar area and room. The only downside is the lack of choice on tge menu for evening meals, breakfast was good though.
