Great location close to the train station and city walls. You can't hear the trains (just usual city traffic.) Rooms are large and stylish. Ours had a balcony overlooking the garden. Toiletries are lovely olive oil products. Room cleaned everyday and fresh towels laid out. Best thing here is the breakfast. Fresh food keeps coming! Fruit, yoghurts, cakes, croissants, bread,...

The charm of Lucca shows in this beautiful b&b. The accommodations were great, the hosts were engaging and helpful. We got great info on restaurants and attractions which makes a good trip better. Very convenient to the city and train stations . Breakfast was exceptional. Used the bikes for a spin on the wall. This was my 4th trip to...

We based ourselves in Lucca for the first week in October. We had a hire car but the property is ideally situated near the station which we used to go to Florence. It is a five min walk into the walls and Lucca - perfect! Giovane speaks very good English but kindly let me muddle my way through the week...

This was a first class stay in a special home and quite unique period family house. This is exceptionally highly rated accommodation on trip advisor and rightly so. We stayed for 7 nights because of the high rating and it's close proximity to Lucca train station as we were travelling around by train. This is foremost a family home with...

It's a really lovely guest house. Just there for one night but an excellent location near the train and centre of the city. Great breakfast and lovely welcoming staff. I would definitely stay here again in Lucca.

Very nice location right outside of the Lucca city walls. The B&B has only four rooms, and they are all very spacious. I was very impressed by our classic suite: two large rooms, beautifully decorated with a large canopied double bed, high ceilings, luxury rainshower, super soft towels and big beautiful windows. The garden is very nice and well kept....

We spent three nights here and enjoyed every moment. The room was well thought out and the shower room excellent. At breakfast the food just kept on coming and coming, ...We loved Lucca and would certainly consider staying here again if we returned.

We've stayed for 3 nights and it was trully wonderful. Beautifully decorated room on 1st floor with a nice terrace. Huge bathroom with a softest towels ever. But the best of all was 5* breakfast! Giovanna was always there and like some nice mum she's been trying to convince you to eat more and more. Breakfast was so good and...

We have just returned to England after spending three nights at the Al Porto di Lucca B&B. In every aspect it was superb: the warm welcome, the comfort of the room, the ambience of the house, the perfect breakfast and the proxcimity to the old city. When can we come back cried my wife?!

Our room "Tereasa" was amazing! It was quiet, cool with air conditioning. The Windows could be darkened to allow for sleeping later, and a porch to be outside overlooking the grassy ,well maintained yard was perfect for a morning awakining in a busy city. We slept in a 4 poster extra long bed that was in the owners family since...

Al Porto di Lucca is a recently renovated large house with a garden, which can be dated to back to 1700. It is owned by a family from Lucca, whose origins date back to 1500. It is a bed and breakfast with 4 guest rooms, each with a private bathroom, located less than 300 meters from the walls and the historic center of Lucca, which then can be reached on foot or by bike via an underpass.
