Found a gem of a hotel in a quiet neighborhood in Florence. Rooms were small, very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful - excellent coffee, pastries, fruit, yogurt, meats, cheeses, and eggs. Desk clerks coud have been a bit friendlier but the staff in the breakfast room made up for them.

Near to the bus stop that takes you to Florence main attractions. Clean rooms and nice staff. It is kind of hard to find, although we had a GPS . The neighborhood looks kind of weird, but is is quiet and safe.

Diva Hotel was a good value. Personnel were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, the hotel was located near the airport and a bus line that takes you into the heart of Florence for a mere pittance. A number of restaurants are in the area. All in all, our experience was quite positive.

It offers value for money and also have a garage (paid). You can easily go to the center of Florence with a bus, bus stop is about 5min walk. The downside...

This hotel was full when I arrived as Madonna was in Firenze for her concert. The first room I was given smelt disgusting as I think people had been smoking in it. I went to reception and told them I was not staying in that room, and they provided me with a nicer bigger room. The 2nd room was clean...

Our arrival started on a down note, we where told we should have booked the garage, as the website stated it was first come first served we were not pleased, the web site in question seemed to be by Thomas Cook and not the Hotel web site, so be warned. However they agreed to let us park for 1 night...
