We stayed in this hotel for 4 days (29/08 - 01/09/14) and we were very pleased. It is very close to the SMV train station and close to the center. We had a nice room with balcony, good bathroom (not very big but big enough) with toilet, bidet and shower. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily. Wifi...

This hotel is within spitting distance of the train station in Florence and is very convenient for walking around this beautiful city. We had a lovely big room with a large ensuite bathroom and a little balcony. The room was spotlessly clean and staff were very helpful. Yes, there is a shower problem which means the bathroom floods unless you...

This hotel is conveniently located near the main railway station in Florence. We chose it for this reason alone as we planned a day trip out to Pisa. The hotel is very basic, the beds are hard and the rooms small. As a roof over our heads, a hot shower and somewhere to sleep, it served the purpose. Also close...

I travelled to Florence with a group of classmates and teachers. All 40 of us stayed in both the Hotel Annabella and their sister Hotel, Hotel Bijou. Both were very accomodating to our large party, and I highly recommend for anyone staying in large groups. The location was good -- everything was easily walkable, and the train station was only...

This was a very reasonably priced hotel and, for those wanting an ensuite, a good choice. It offers a comfortable base for exploring the city, where all the main attractions only a 15 minute walk away. Gloriously situated by the station. Don't be put off by the rickety old lift ("the lift of doom")- it does the job!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Florence. The rooms were very spacious and clean (loved the wooden floors). It was also within close walking distance to the train terminal (about a 5 minute walk). The hotel staff, Simone and Christian, were very helpful in giving directions and recommending restaurants which were very good value and in the...

Oh dear, have stayed at hotels all over the world but this is by far the worst. When we arrived staff were all arguing with one another and we were brushed to the side. After a long wait we were finally checked in. I did check hotel had an elevator before booking but didn't realise it was only up to...

I would rate this hotel a 0, but 1 is the lowest. Pros: Hotel is actually a good location and the positives are the cleaning staff. They did a great job. Cons: Front desk staff are all grumpy and fairly oblivious to the issues. 1) The temperature of the room was well over 80 degrees due to lack of air...

Three of us stayed in a large room with a balcony for 3 nights. The room was large and clean. The location was perfect. A quick walk to the Duomo and the train station was on the next block over. The rooftop deck was a lovely addition. It is not open after dark but that was fine. Incredible views of...
