We too arrived at the train station and easily walked to the hotel. The location is great ...close to the leather market, shops, restaurants, museums and Duomo. The room we had was very spacious and the ceilings were awesome. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful. We took a late train and were able to leave our luggage...

Dear Donna, Thank you very much for your appreciation; we always try to do our best to satisfy our guests expectation. For what wifi is concerned, in some hours of the day the connection is a little bit slow, due to overcharge of connecting people. We are presently working to strengthen the Internet. Hoping to see you again in Florence...

We booked a junior suite as we are a family of four. The room was lovely, clean and welcoming. A little noise at night but only to be expected if you want to stay right in the city. A great position as getting to all the sites are a short walk away. Breakfast was lovely and people very helpful. Sara R

The residenza castiglioni was the perfect b& b for our two nights in Florence. Rooms was perfect, overlooking the bustling streets below, decor was very overwhelming with color and texture, but perfectly suited to Italian culture. perfect hosts with lovely continental breakfast. Put it on your list if visiting Florence!

We stayed here a week ago for three nights at the start of our honeymoon. The staff were lovely and welcomed us and our dreadful Italian with wonderful smiles. The room was lovely and spacious, always clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely every day with enough on offer to make it varied and interesting. Always plenty of...

Loved our 2 nights here. Our room was simply amazing. Huge, tall windows, beautiful furniture and very bright! Perfect for a family of 4. The breakfast is delicious - home made yogurt! It was the most substantial of 3 hotels we stayed at. And the staff are excellent - we needed bus tickets and we got them at the desk....

This B&B is in a great location near the station and within easy walking distance of all the major sights. If you don't need a fancy hotel with a lot of typical hotel amenities, then this is a great option.
