On the top floor with lovely view over the rooftops of the city. Five rooms available. Lovely clean, quiet (at least when I was there) pretty room, with a comfy bed - probably a little short for anyone over 6ft. Shower won't work for you if you are a little round, as its a tight fit. You get given a...

The check in for Florence Room is actually a few doors down at no. 17 Via Fiume. The host then brings you to your room at no. 1 Via Fiume and gives the key. Florence Room's location is a two minute walk to Station Santa Maria Novella and a five minute walk to the Duoma. The room itself was a...

Great location, 3 minutes walk to train station, downstairs with CCTV, very safe place! Not big room, but still enough for 2 people and 2 big suitcases. Room is clean and comfortable (with couch), everything just same as the photos by hotel (well... I was cheated many times by those hotel photos, but this one is reliable!). And there is...

Perfect location near the train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Limited but good quality breakfast served in the room, no complains considering the room rent we paid. Room was specious and clean. Reception is in another building and open until 11:30 pm.

The best thing about the b&b is the location. Close to Santa Maria Novella Station, The Historic Centre, The Mercata, The Tram station, everything. Plenty of eating choices around as well. All tour operators also use this area as a base so easy to catch your tour buses as well. Getting to the b&b is a bit of a challenge...

The room is very clean, and the size is just right for my family of 3. Breakfast is served into the room (you make your drinks choices at the counter) and the food is fresh and good. While there is no meat, it is made up for with fresh fruits and coffee. It is about 5 minutes walk from the...
