Fifteen members of our family stayed in Villa Luciano for eight days in mid- April. Six kids under 10 and 9 adults including two grandparents. The Villa met all of our initial requirements and more- reachable in one day from California, rooms/beds for all with plenty of bathrooms, large common room (there were two), walk to cafe, restaurant nearby, pool....

After three years, we had the good fortune to return to Villa Luciano in June, 2013. Everything was as we remembered and our group of 6 enjoyed all the Villa's amenities as well as everything the town of Londa has to offer. Once again, Sandra was always there when needed and Garbriella cooked two wonderful meals for our group. Staying...

"What a wonderful experience for our group of 10 at Villa Luciano! The Villa is huge and has absolutely every amenity for a fantastic stay. The rooms are huge and comfortable, kitchens well-equipped and the property is amazing...from the gorgeous and serene Italian gardens to the swimming pool which was so enjoyed by our group on warm, sunny days. The...

There are many pros and cons to this property which is why I gave it an average rating. Starting with the pros....1) it's in a local village and gives you a feeling of being in Tuscany, 2) the villa is huge and has modern amenities, 3) the grounds are great, especially for the kids. The cons...1) the villa is freezing;...

WOW!!! from the very first minute we arrived, we all fell in love with Villa Luciano and the hill town of Londa. My partner and I wanted to create a vacation for ourselves and our 3 kids, in their young 20's, and their friends, that we could remember forever. We wanted a place close enough to a town so you...

For 2 weeks, we felt like royalty in "our Villa" in Londa ! I arranged the stay at Villa Luciano, for 18 people, from the last week of May through the 1st week of June 06'. About 1/2 of the group stayed for the entire 2 weeks, while the others were there either the 1st or 2nd week. The Villa...

My group of 14 spent one week at Villa Luciano. This Villa is about 30 minutes by train outside of Florence. It is located at the top of the Village of Londa. I selected the Villa because of both its size and proximity to a village. My 16 and 18 year old nephews were in the group and I wanted...

In early Spring 2001, my girlfriends and I were searching for a gracious Villa that could accommodate a group of 10 women generously. It was hard to find since there are few reasonably priced properties with this capacity anywhere in Europe. Our friend Lisa found Villa Luciano and we fell in love. It was a real thrill driving up the...

We traveled to Italy in early November of 2004 with 9 friends. Spent a couple of days in Rome, then up to Florence by train, rented 3 cars and a villa for a week, back to Rome by train and returned home a day later. My assignment in our travel group is to find lodging. We have rented properties in...
