We stayed here as part of a tour and had one of the bigger rooms which was very comfortable. Centrally located so easy to get to trains, markets and other sights. Included breakfast was basic but nice.

This is a small hotel with basic facilities and could do with a bit of updating. However, it is clean, the bathrooms are modern and efficient. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful and the hotel is within walking distance of all the museums and places of interest. Would recommend.

It is very near the train station, about 3 minutes walk. It is on the 2nd floor but there is a lift. The room was clean and have facilities like fridge, kettle, heater, hair dryer, tv with English channels. The heater worked well and I was comfortable through the night. It was also quiet in spite of its location. Nothing...

We stayed at Hotel Ester for 3 nights and we had a pretty good experience. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, there was an ample amount of towels, and the fridge came in handy. Unfortunately our room was not very sound proof, we could hear our "neighbour" cough as if he was standing...

We ended up with a gorgeous, light filled room on the 3rd floor with a balcony, newly renovated bathroom and one of the bigger rooms we have had in Italy so far. Combined with gorgeous weather & so close to all the sights - fantastic hotel. Included breakfast was very generous & we loved having access to a cappuccino maker.

I enjoyed my stay in a room with a magnificent view of the city. We stayed in Hotel Ester for 7 days. First we were in another hotel they worked together, since I am very sensitive to the noise they changed our room very quickly. The staff are very kind and helpful. It was warm, quiet and very nice room...

Great location, with lovely rooms ,fridge, good shower and comfortable bed. In the heart of the markets and lots of good reasonable priced restaurants. These rooms have a communal kitchen with a washing machine and a good coffee machine. They supply breakfast foods and are very clean. Marco Margarucci, the manager is very nice and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay,...

Good location close to the train station with a Lytton and a good host. A little confusion with the hotel being on two sides of the street with different names and several different floors. The room was fully remodeled and very nice with a modern bathroom.

Stayed here with a small group tour, and it was great, the shared kitchen, the room with the balcony was the best. Marco and his staff were very helpful, great location close to the train station and into the main part of the city. Will go back and stay next time in Florence Would recommend

The Hotel Ester is located very close to the train station Santa Maria Novella and an easy walk. There is a lyft, which is helpful with luggage. We had a great room on the top floor that was large, with a modern bathroom and a panoramic view from the balcony. Marco, the owner was very accommodating. There is a safe...
