Room was lovely, ceiling beautiful. All parts of hotel very clean. Our concierge Fagio, was amazing. So knowledgeable and helpful. He made us feel like family. Our breakfast hostess, Violetta, was equally friendly and sweet and very accommodating. A very nice stay.

Pleasant desk staff, stayed on ground floor so lack of lift wasn't an issue for us. Room had a large terrace but this was just open so anyone from the street could have walked onto it (poke your head round by the parking entrance to see). Room was full of mosquitos when we arrived (October) and we tried to kill... More

This hotel is a 20 minute walk from th city centre, and it's a great price for what you get. The room is a decent size, the shower room is great, and the art on the ceiling is a nice touch. The staff at the front desk are also happy to print out your tickets for the attractions in the... More

We spent two nights there and the location for the sights of Florence is pretty good. About 15 minute walk to Michaelangelo view (lovely for watching the sun set) and about 15 minute walk to centre of Florence. A lot of very nice restaurants dotted about the back streets between the centre and the hotel where some good deals can... More

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, position was ok and made it easy to find. Just off the river. The rooms were large but no at in and only a single plug adaptor with a three way extension. There was a fan. There was a constant damp patch on the floor, the room was pretty dimly lit and there... More

The staff is so polite and the hotel has a good location - about 15 min from the city centre. They clean, change the sheets and make the bed every day. I'm so happy with that choice and I definitely recommend!

We booked this hotel for a night as we decided last minute to stay over night in Florence!!! It was a perfect location and the view from the room was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful !!!! It is only a 20-30 minute walk to the center but we took our time stopping for a coffee along the way!!... More

On arrival at the hotel reception, we were greeted by very helpful staff, and for the six nights of our stay they all fantastic. The room was very comfortable, clean fresh bedding and towels every day. Nice balcony overlooking the river to sit on of an evening, and chat to other guests. Fantastic location to Florence, and all the sights.... More

What a very pleasant hotel with friendly staff in a great location if you want to be away from all the tourists. We stayed here for two nights and would gladly return. Bed was a little hard for us but I think that's just beds in Italy in general. Loved spending our evenings on the terrace. Loved the decoration on... More

This hotel was very misleading. We reserved the "penthouse" suite which we discovered was simply the attic. The door would not close unless locked, and the handle fell off once while closing it. The wifi did not work at all. Anywhere in the hotel. The bathroom was a sauna and the walls were very warm to the touch. The AC... More
