Ideal location near the main railway station and close to main Florence attractions. Nice and clean rooms with helpful and friendly staff. Ample breakfast. Many good restaurants in the vicinity. A late grappa in the bar makes the evening perfect.
A great location, just far enough from the centre to avoid the troops of tour groups, but very close to walk everywhere. The rooms are small and not very special, but good enough. There are some wonderful pieces of antique furniture in the hotel. There's...More
Wonderful location, quiet and restful, staff very friendly and helpful, very good English speaking, wifi very good and no nonsense connection, breakfast good, easy walking to Duomo etc.. and rail station. Recommended
San Lorenzo’s lively merchants shout out from behind stalls with an array of products in one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Florence. Different ethnic groups join together in the large outdoor market of San Lorenzo and in the Central Market, a vast multi-floored building. Visitors are bound to fall in love with this area and in particular, with its variety of food, especially those focusing on
Florentine dishes as well as international selections. Nobody leaves San Lorenzo without a shopping bag in hand or with an empty stomach.
