This is an elegant hotel in the centre of Florence. The room was comfortable, spacious and in a great location to explore Florence, access tourist sites, restuarants. Brekky was nice too. We arrived at 2pm and checked in, and no problems checking out. I thought the bathrooms, shower cubicle could do with some updating, but otherwise, it was clean.

This was our second stay in the lovely Palazzo Ruspoli and we had a beautiful room with a view of the Duomo. The location is perfect and the staff is very competent and friendly. Guiliana helped us with everything from parking our car to restaurant recommendations. We have recommended the Ruspoli to friends and can't wait to return ourselves.

This hotel is very well situated as it's just in front of Santa Maria del Fiore Church. The couple room is really big, I guess it should be for 5 people. I was just a bit disappointed with breakfast, as I expected to find a huge quantity of food as it is a 4 stars hotel. When I got to... More

This is a B & B hotel, but so different from what I pictured a B & B would be! We arrived early evening and was a bit surprised that the hotel front door was closed. There was a notice that for check in after 6PM to proceed to Hotel Bunelleschi for check in formalities. Lucky for us, our driver didn't... More

A beautiful B+B, centrally located. A great view of the Duomo from our room. Spacious room, nicely furnished. Beautiful breakfast in intimate dining room. Ability to check in out of hours at sister hotel a few hundred meters away. The only complaint is that it was 35 degrees and the room did not have air conditioning, only 2 small upright... More

The location of Palazzo was excellent - down the street from Duomo. Thought the bathroom was a little small and the hairdryer was not very good at all. The breakfast was okay, but very limited choice.

The location of this B&B could not be better. It is less than half a block from the Duomo. Across the street is a cafeteria style eatery with reasonable prices for something quick. The room was nicely decorated and spacious, clean and quiet. You can hear the cathedral bells but they stop chiming overnight.

The location of this B&B is fantastic. The room was huge enough room for a double & single bed & a travel cot. The breakfast was ok, could have been better. Both receptionists were fantastic & very accommodating. There was a fridge in the room which was great as we were able to use this for food & drink. Would... More

The hotel is in an old building which is located 30 meters away from the Duomo. Nearby you have lots of shots and restaurants available. Breakfast was good although it could be improved. Wifi was fast but only available for one device (you had to request more if needed). At night it can be noisy but it's tolerable.

If you are looking for a clean well priced B&B this is the place to stay. Though a word of warning, if you arrive between 11am/2pm you will not get in. We did not know this and arrived on a very wet day at 11.10am, if it was not for an Italian family who called the hotel we would not... More
