The main advantage - location - close to the main station and few minuts to piazze Duome, there are lots of restaurants, bars, shops around, area looks safe and its easy to find the hotel even at night. Rooms are also nice, old style, but very clean, bigger than in other italian hotels, comfortable bed, hairdryer in bathroom. Breakfast included,...

Definitly is more than a 2 stars hotel. Staf is excellent, hospitable and friendly. Location is perfect. Rooms more than you will pay for ( just checked out of Rafaello room) . Large and very clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. One of the best city hotels ever

We recently stayed here for four days as it's very near to the SMN train station. The exterior of the Hotel is really good, the reception and the lobby area looks quite good. However, we were disappointed by the room as it has very old furniture which seems to be worn out a little. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly,...

I chose this Hotel purely because it was in easy walking distance of Santa Maria Novella Station, and despite the dour exterior, and the very antique Lift, the Hotel is a Gem! Much higher than 2 star standard, with well furnished rooms (all of which have names, mine was called 'Michelangelo'!) and friendly and welcoming front desk staff. No great...

I was really pleasantly surprised with this hotel! I didn't expect this 2 stars hotel to be this cozy and nice! The rooms are big. The breakfast is good and they have good wifi. No parking but you can find one five minutes walk. The location is great! For its price it is really good! Definitely recommend!

The place is nearby the main rail station and about 10 minute walk from the dome. It is nothing fancy but it's really clean with a great prices for the centre of Firenze. The staff speak well english and is really helpful. I have to point out the beds which are really comfortable! The breakfast is included in the price...

I stayed in this hotel because it was recommended by the website I booked my travel from. Do not stay in this hotel. it is scary... all noise can be heard from the lobby. The only convenient thing is that is around the corner of the Italo train station. The room given to us was the one next to the...

Almost next door to SMN train station the hotel is ideally located. A short walk into the heart of Florence passing many landmarks and attractions along the way. The rooms are basic and functional but good value and ours was very spacious. Breakfast was limited in selection but the offering was plentiful and of good quality. The breakfast room although...

The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the SMN train station. The double room we had (room 201) was spacious, although the bathroom was small (we can't barely moved in the shower room). The overlook of the hotel was dated but didn't bother us because for the reasonable price we paid. Just a tip: the elevator is working...

I picked this hotel for its location. Close to train station and sights. Apparently this hotel caters to “groups.” On my day of arrival I wanted to take a nap in the afternoon after my long travel time. Was woken up by loud talking by what seemed like a crowd of people. When I went to look, I found about...
