My wife and I travelled across Italy for about 2 weeks and stayed in many similar priced and rated hotels. We were very happy with the rest - this one however do not come close to the rest. The only upside is that the rooms and bathroom are clean and it's within walking distance from the city centre and train...

There are some differing reviews on trip advisor so was difficult to know what to expect with suggestions that it is either the best or worst place people have ever stayed. I would say that if you want a clean, functional, well located base at budget price that is more like renting a well maintained student room this is for...

Our stay at this B&B shattered our faith in relying on reviews. Despite good reviews, this place turned out to be an utter disappointment. We even contemplated forgetting about the money we had paid and moving someplace else. The B&B is situated on a dirty by-lane in a not-so-good part of the town on the 2nd floor a fairly decrepit...

Also this review can be a help to improve the way we communicate the features of our b & b. What is perceived is not always in line with what is described and shown with pictures, from us and from other reviews. We thought that the characteristics of the building and the neighborhood in which it is the B&b were...

This B&B was very basic, but very clean and comfortable. The room was a little tight, but it had an en suite bathroom and the apartment was very recently updated with everything working. The service was good with the possibility for daily contact, speaking English. The location is easy walking distance to the train station and all of the normal...

The place is pretty small (six rooms) and in a quiet location, very central in Florence. The room is clean, average sized and has all you need: working airco, good beds, small but clean bathroom, safe and a fridge. No frills like a balcony, views or roof terrace. So the Bed is okay, but Breakfast..... is a pre-packaged industrial grade croissant,...

Pros 1.) Price is by far the lowest among all the hotels we stayed in. Given the location and the inclusion of bath & toilet, EUR70 presents good value. 2.) Location is easy to find from train station. Hotel is close to Mercato Centrale, wherein you will find great dining options. Within walking distance to San Marco square, Accademia and...

My mom and I stayed at this B&B for four nights in the middle of our 9-day Italian vacation. We stayed in the large room with a private bathroom, and both were much bigger than we had imagined! The room itself was very clean, and both the room and bathroom were cleaned every day we were there. The place is...

Soggiorno Pezzati Daniela is a nice property, conveniently located within easy walking distance of many of Florence's sites. The room itself is fairly ordinary -- clean and comfortable enough, but pretty unremarkable. The walk to the room is a bit dark and gloomy -- up a dark stair case and down a dark, narrow hallway, but the room itself is...

My friends and I stayed in a cozy triple room at the Soggiorno Pezzati Daniela for a few days in early May. Were so pleased to discover that we were within easy walking distance from Florence's major sites - the Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery, the Accademia, Santa Maria Novella, etc. Daniela and her colleague Amalia were very kind and welcoming...

Ideal location set just about 10 minutes away from the station and the Duomo. Lovely warm rooms equipped with more or less everything. Simple breakfast which includes croissants, biscuits and crackers with jam and nutella delivered to your door each afternoon for the next morning. The only disadvantage is the smell of drainage which seems to be omnipresent in the...
