Let's put it this way, what you pay is the location of the hotel. Everything is at walking distance (the Duomo Cathedral, Piazza Navona, etc) you don't really need taxis or any other type of transportation to have a good tie in Florence. Personnel is nice and breakfast is fine. Our room looked not old, but deteriorated, it desperately needs...

This hotel is very reasonable for longer stay as rooms are quite big, clean and air conditioned. Wi-Fi is free, staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close to SMN train station and also walkable distance to all the hot spots. We really enjoyed our stay there as well as the Florence. We paid £80 for 2 nights...

Room was nicer than expected and clean as well. Shower had good pressure and was warm. The towel radiator was nice to dry clothes mid trip. Bed was a little too firm. Breakfast was best on our trip with lots of selection. Was great to be really close to the train station and the mercato. Definitely would stay again.

I stayed in Azzi hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed the family environment and the ultra friendly staff. The staff is very caring and welcoming, which is not so obvious or natural in many places in the region. Breakfast is very good and the whole lobby place is so cosy. Best rooms are the ones that do not face the...

One of best 3-star hotels in which we've stayed! Had wonderful 5-day stay in Florence, based out this excellent location within a 5-7 min walking distance from the main train station. We had one of the newly refurbished rooms (#16), located 1 flight up some stairs (don't worry - person who checks you in carries your bags to your room!)....

Was great, especially the breakfast which they provided me with a lot of options for gluten free breakfast Great location close to train station and city centre. Friendly staff. A bit old but was fine.

Great location. Warm staff. Though, I felt that including breakfast was a bad idea as it wasn't a good one. Also, there were no WiFi signals in our room. But, overall OK experience and if you are looking for a quick stay, it's definitely worth it!

During our round trip to Italy we stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Besides the perfect location close to city center and the train station this hotel hadn't much to offer. The staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was satisfactory (with basic options though) and there were shops at the street were the hotel is located so there...

This hotel has good size rooms, clean and included breakfast. We scoped thru trip advisor and we were pleased we booked it. We needed a couple of rooms for the night before we travelled to Spain and we were not disappointed. Wonderful staff, helpful with restaurant choices too. I really wanted pizza and they were spot on with their recommendation....

Thank Phil K
