Outstanding service! Friendly, professional and the communication was brilliant which made that all staff that I didnt meet yet, exactly knew who I was and -yes- how I drink my coffee in the morning :) They made me feel welcome. Excelent Wifi connection on the room. Excelent location. If only I could get another freshly made good Italian coffee during...

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nuova Italia in the heart of Florence. It's a charming hotel near the main train station and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, museums, and everything else you'll want to do and see in Florence. The Viti Family who own and operate the hotel are excellent hosts and gladly provide...

We recently stayed at Hotel Nuova Italia and were satisfied with the accommodations. After reading recommendations in Fodor's and online I think we were expecting more than what the hotel had to offer. The good - 1) great location (five min walk from train station, laundry and grocery stores nearby, easy walk to all attractions). 2) clean room 3) great...

Spent two nights here in November. Staff were friendly and helpful. Modern art decor gave the place a unique feel. Room and bed were comfortable, our room overlooked the street but was peaceful enough with the windows and shutters closed. Having flown into Florence we took the bus to the centre. The hotel is close to the central train station,...

It was a very nice choice staying at the Nuova Italia Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped, despite a bit tiny bathroom. It is close to the train station and also to the center of the city (walking distances). Thanks to the staff, they were all really courteous.

I travelled to Florence in July, 2010 and as per usual, finding a hotel in Europe was a challenge. But after poring over the sites, I chose this one and I was not at all disappointed. It was supremely clean, comfortable and the service was so warm and excellent. I forget the names now but the wonderful receptionist and then...

Rooms were small but very nice and clear . I...

Stayed here for two pleasant nights. Five minute walk from train station. A block away from central market. Decent price and size. Room quiet. Nice staff. Good breakfast. For the active budget traveler, better than Rick Steves recommendations.

The hotel is close to the train station - only a 5 minute walk! That was good considering we had our suitcases with us.Close to tourist sites also! The room is ok, big, but could have blinds - it was a litlle light in the morning! The breakfast is good - lots of things to eat! It was the cheapest...
