Perfect location: 7 minute walk to Firenze SMN Station. Room: spotlessly clean, newly decorated and also spacious. Facility: small kitchen with microwave and stove is available. No elevator, so you have to carry your luggage to the hotel.

The hotel was located a close walk from the trains station and the city centre, on a quiet street. The room was clean and it had everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. The owners were very kind and attentive. Good value and good location for a couple of nights stay in Firenze. We were very happy with our...

The staff at both Albergo Bencidormi & Hotel Nella (same building, same owners, different floors) are fantastic. They're so kind and super helpful. The rooms are a decent size, good bathroom, clean, etc.... All you can ask for, really. Also a FANTASTIC location. If you're looking for something easy, simple, and you're not too much of a diva, you'll love...

The staff were very friendly and helpful and so far the only hotel in our travels that helped with bags up the stairs. Had a communal kitchen that you could use at any time. Free wifi. Could have done with cups or...

This hotel is well located close to the main train station. It is also within a 5 min walk to the street market which is well worth visiting for a variety of handmade goods at reasonable prices. The staff at Albergo Bencidormi were very helpful in helping carry luggage to their 2nd floor location, assisting with taxi service and suggesting...

Our party of four adults stayed in April 2016 occupying two rooms for two nights. The shower with bi-parting doors in room 3 was a bit tight, but overall the rooms were clean and spacious. There is a shared kitchenette which is well equipped although we only used it for tea and coffee making. There are stairs only access and...
