What a wonderful surprise when we stepped inside the main entry to this converted convent located on Piazza del Carmen. The B&B is located a short walk to numerous restaurants and retail shops and a few blocks across to the Arno River and the downtown area. Our large bedroom contained a king bed, two lounge chairs, large armoire and dresser...

We stayed at this beautiful B&B in July, 2014. It is such a perfect oasis - you feel as though you're in the safe, quiet confines of your grandmother's home. The friendly hostess, Adrianna, serves you a continental breakfast on her fine china and silver utensils before you head off to a busy day of walking around Florence. Her B&B...

This is my absolute favorite place to stay in Florence. I always recommend it to friends as well. The location is perfect. Far enough away from the masses of tourists but also super convenient. The accomodations are excellent, very clean and Adrianna, the owner is extremely helpful. Will be there again this May - excited to return.

This was a lovely place to stay and very convenient to everything in Florence. The owner, Adrianna was very gracious and helpful. She had a wonderful assortment for breakfasts. About a 10 minute walk from the train station, and close to everything else, this is a gem. Beautiful apartment in the Monastery, large rooms, furnished expensively, modern bathrooms. Adriana is a gracious host. I couldn't recommend a finer place in Florence. We even got to see a wedding in the adjacent church with reception in the courtyard.

This is a quiet, beautiful location full of character right in the heart of Florence. The owner is friendly and helpful. As a former monastery converted into a hotel, this setting has a delightful ambiance seeped in history. Highly recommended.

We stayed two nights with Adriana. We drove to town and Adriana directed us to a car park outside the ZTL and only 5 minute walk. We booked both rooms with the two twin room perfect for our 7 and 9 year old and the king for parents. The rooms were very spacious, wifi was good, and rooms stocked with...

We stayed at Piazza del Carmine for 3 nights, occupying both rooms as were are a family of 4 (including kids ages 14 and 12). This was the perfect set-up as one room had a queen/king bed and one room had two twins. Each room had its own attached bathroom with high quality materials. The B&B is furnished with antiques...

Piazza del Carmine turned out to be the perfect location for our recent trip. We planned to spend a few days in Florence before taking the train down to Chiusi and driving to our villa rental. We also planned to have a couple of extra days back in Florence at the end of our trip. This place became our Florence...
