Positives: We were given a room at the top floor of the hotel and we could see the Dumo from our window. The location was amazing. The beds were comfortable, the washrooms were good and everything about the hotel is awesome. There was no hassle during check-in or check-out. We were even allowed to leave our luggage for hours after...

The first impression of the hotel and room were positive. Reasonably good location and ok service. But that's where the positives end. We were in room 516 on the 5th floor. The bed was extremely squicky. I could not move during the night or else I would have woken up my wife. A/C was not working so had to open...

It's a budget hotel, touristic class, meaning there is barely service. Staff was friendly at reception, the breakfast lady was a little sassy to a couple of girls but I understood why: there were 2 school classes, the Italian guys were pretty quiet but the American school class was noisy as hell. The property can't be harmed for my sleepless...

Location is 5 min walk to a shopping area with restaurants if don't want to eat in the centre of town but it's nothing exciting and like everywhere else only open after 7 for dinner. Located also on a busy main road so traffic noise woke us up very early and was audible way past midnight. The room is what...

Significant cleanliness and comfort in general. Especially the bathroom, which I put in first place in the rating scale of a hotel. I also highly appreciated the courtesy and professional skills of the staff. Finally worth mentioning is the excellent / quality/price.

Booked at the last minute in June. 70 euros a room. I was not expecting much. All I needed was a room for 3 nights. The room was spotless and clean, quiet, spartan as some have mentioned, but the bed was comfortable, it had a good shower and AC. It is located just outside the touristic area and near the...

The hotel is clean but very spartan. We stayed in late October and it just happened to be quite warm out and the AC was turned off in Hotel. It made for a very stuffy night with no breeze outside. Bathrooms are clean but small, the rooms are also clean. It no room for luggage except for the floor. I...

Overall a lovely hotel with friendly staff. The only down points I have about our stay was the breakfast buffet choice wasn't great and the cleansiness of the crockery/ cutlery was poor. Also we found the hotel difficult to locate and further then we thought from the train station upon arrival.

We stayed in this hotel as part of out contiki tour. It had all the basic facilities. My only negative point is the room were incredibly small and no place to put your luggage, let alone walk around. But if you are doing a quick trip in Florence, then its not too bad.
