My husband and I stayed at this hotel during our trip through Italy. We were extremely impressed with the location of the hotel, as it was only a 5 minute walk from the train station, and was extremely close to the Duomo. The room was relatively large, and had a very nice bathroom. The breakfast was adequate, and was served...

Laurus is a gem of a discovery. You just cant beat the location... the Duomo looms over you as you have breakfast on their outdoor terrace, glowing red in the morning light. The Laurus is just a couple of minutes from the Duomo and the Santa Maris train station, so you cant ask for more! Our room on the 6th...

Central location, friendly helpful staff, very clean and good food. If I had to make a negative comment and this is tiny compared to the good points 1. No wifi in the room it's available in reception area free of charge. 2. bed was a bit to firm for me ( I have a really soft mattress). Would recommend to...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We arrived from Rome via train. The hotel is about a 7 minute walk from the train station, through a decent part of town. The room was very clean. We stayed on the 6th floor. Fortunately, the breakfast provided by the hotel was also on the 6th floor. We...

Very close to Duomo and city center, but not too close. Very quiet at night, easy to catch some z's. Rooftop cafe is great. They even had an opera showing in their business center while we were there which we took advantage of. Only complaints are that the bed is quite firm and the pillows are thin.

The hotel was located in a good location, only few minutes walking distance away from the train station. That was very convenient for us since we were commuting between the cities via train. The room was clean and it was kept clean by housing staffs. The staffs were very helpful with all the questions asked (i.e. confirming tours, restaurant recommendations)....

The breakfast is really poor. If you need internet access you will be required to leave your bed and go in person to the frontdesk to obtain the internet access credentials, the internet is very slow and low profile pillows. the location is very good.

Five minutes from station, perfect location for visiting main attractions all within walking distance. As an earlier review said, if you get tired with all the walking you can pop back to the Laurus to rest up. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom had recently been refurbished. The only downside with the room was the view, directly onto next door's...
