This Hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the train station, and a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. It was a bit pricy, not sure how it compares to the hotel prices on Florence, but we chose it because of the location. We would stay again.

My wife and I selected this hotel as our "home" in Florence. The room is really nice and very big. The only problem is the noise. Maybe the wall is not thick enough. We always heard noise and someone talking just in front of our room. Anyway, the location is prefect and the price is worthy.

We booked 3 hotels in January 2014 on Hotels.com for our trip to Rome, Florence and Italy. Hotel Albani Firenze was outstanding. We had a beautiful 2 bedroom family suite - each with it's own bathroom. The hotel was just a block or so from the train station and tucked away off the busy, loud streets All Florence attractions were...

My daughter and I spent 4 nights at the hotel last spring and had 2 lovely big rooms each individually decorated. The lovely marble bathroom was well equipped and spacious. The room facing the street was rather noisy in the early morning and on the dark side but as we did not spend much time in the rooms that did...

This hotel is in a very good location, close to the train station, conference centrum, many sights, and good restaurants. It was a very pleasant stay. Staff is very nice and helpful. The room was nice, good appointed, but in a need of a fresh paint. Breakfast was nice and good, but nothing fancy. The Wi-Fi was so-so. We'll stay...

We have just returned from a six night stay at this hotel. We cannot fault the pleasant and courteous staff, particularly those in reception. Our room was quite small but functional and the bathroom adequate with a hairdryer and over bath shower which worked very well with a constant supply of very hot water. The large bed was very hard...

Stayed here one night on a trip to Italy. Overall, a very nice stay. The hotel is literally less than 5 minutes walk from the SMN train station (honestly, 2 if you were in a hurry...less if you ran). Check in was easy, staff was nice and friendly. The room was well appointed, and pretty large for Italy. The bathroom...

Room 202 offered a tv, desk, safe, refrigerator, phone, but no kettle nor clock. The bathroom had a hair dryer, tub/shower combination, bidet, magnifying mirror, many amenities, and a mirror on the CEILING! Once you get past the vibrant green walls (at least in my room), the only strange thing is the small window in the corner with wooden louvers...
