This is definitely a 5Star hotel. We were awed by our double story room, very Italian and cosy room. The man in charged named Giovanni was very friendly and helpful. The buffet style breakfast was fantastic! So many cakes, croissants and jams selection and we were served by this very nice old lady. Although the hotel is quite the walking...

Loved Hotel Fedora. Stayed here with my husband and 2 young children for a night whilst visiting Florence. Hotel owner was extremely friendly and helped us out no end. From booking us our transfer taxis, getting us a kettle for our baby's night feed as well as helping a panicked mother with ice and a towel for my daughter when...

Room was nice, air conditioning was necessary in summer. Continental breakfast is included with the meal. Our room was for 4 people, we had a stairwell with a bed upstairs. Hosts were very nice. We would stay again.

We spent 5 nights in the hotel with 15 pupils (quiet type of !) and have been very wellcome, for any question we asked, and for any organisation we needed, with kindness. The owner speaks french. The rooms are spacious, some rooms used as bathrooms too, and one room has a balcony. Most of the rooms look onto the street,...

If you keep in mind that this is a budget hotel, you will not be disappointed. We had plenty of room in our quad room for our family of 4. The hotel staff were very attentive and were ready to help any time we asked for assistance with calling taxis, storing luggage, restaurant recommendations, etc. My only complaint is that...

The hotel is on the second floor of an apartment block. It is in urgent need of renovation. The bathroom door in our room needed a door knob! The breakfast was adequate. The main problem here is the long walk to the main attractions of Florence and considering the lack of public transport and the lack of taxis, this distance...

Hotel was old. Bathroom not the best but the staff was really nice and the free breakfast was decent. It was a convenient location for walking to most all of Florence. But, near a busy highway which was pretty loud at night while trying to sleep.

The place is not very far from main station the road is a bit rocky for traveller with luggages. Main lobby is on second floor with an elevator which is fit only to one person and the bag should not be bigger than 25-28" otherwise you would not fit in. I got the room for 3 people, it was ok...
