Spent 3 days with my 83 years mom and I couldn't have found a more cosy, professional and central place to visit Florence. The room, the breakfast, the restaurant and above all the team that served us in all aspects and to the slightest details. Congratulations Gallery Hotel Art, I (for sure) will return and recommend my friends.

Lovely Florence hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Room was large, beautiful and spotless. Location great, views enchanting. Included an amazing Breakfast buffet with fruits, cheeses, breads, prosciutto, cafe latte, and, of course, pastries. Lovely bar and outdoor restaurant. Highly recommend! Hope to return soon!

We had the most wonderful time at this hotel. Everything about this room is amazing and beautiful. We received a bottle of Tuscan wine on arrival to welcome us on our honeymoon. The bath is beautiful. The bed extremely comfortable. And the hotel is right next to Ponte Vecchio! Can't imagine a better place to stay on our first visit...

We were suppose to be staying at the sister hotel but it was still undergoing renovations. As a result, we were offered an upgraded room at this beautiful hotel. It is in a wonderful location. It was by far, the best hotel that we stayed in during our first trip to Italy. We had 2 bathrooms, a lovely living room,...

We got upgraded and changed to this hotel from a sister hotel. This was the nicest hotel we stayed at in our 11 day trip. First class all the way. This is a very clean hotel. The food was wonderful as well, but do go out and enjoy the fine restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms...

A really nice hotel. We had a great room with own Sutton g room and walk in wet room shower. Lovely bedroom. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. In a good location for going out in the city. Near the market and also on the river front.

I studied a semester abroad in Florence. Always knew I HAD to go back. My dream for the longest time had been to go with my husband. Show him my favorite city in the whole world. BUT! We had a beautiful baby daughter. Life happened. Then, he won a trip to Rome + we said, "It's now or never." Given...

Having stayed here for the last few years, I have not much to add. Just to reiterate the fine service, great rooms and good daily breakfast. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate all your needs and speaking several languages, fluently, always helps. The location, while next to a busy area, the rooms are surprisingly quiet and large....

We had booked for the adjacent Continentale however were relocated to the Gallery Hotel Art, part of the same hotel group. The hotel is about 50 mtrs from the Arno and another 50 or so to the Ponte Vecchio. You are close to the Uffizi, several other museums and galleries, which we did not get chance to visit. The Duomo...

Staying in Uffizi

Neighbourhood Profile
Every visitor coming to Florence for the first time will immediately identify with Uffizi. As in past times, passing through Via dei Calzaiuoli, you can reach the city center, the Florence that everybody dreams of. In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries. When the sun goes down, there’s nothing better than a walk along the river Arno up to the ancient bridge, Ponte Vecchio. It is full of jewels and decorated by the colors captured in postcards.
