I'd go back there in a heartbeat. Location in relation to the Duomo and the Market are great. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but then the fun begins. There's a funky, old time elevator that takes you to the hotel. (Two people or 1 person plus luggage at a time.) The staff is welcoming and helpful....

I dont usually take the time to write reviews on the internet, but this is great little hotel in Florence that I would highly recommend. The establishment is family owned and the employees were the most hospitable and welcoming of any place Ive stayed at. I woke late and missed breakfast one morning and the owner nontheless brought be a...

This cozy and quaint B&B is family run with care and great service. The rooms are clean and include a refrigerator, TV, and adequate space. Breakfast is a variety of sweets, cheeses, fruits, meat and hard boiled eggs. The location is convenient to sites and the train station. Staff round the clock are ready to help. WI FI and a...

Traveling with two toddlers is not easy, but the staff at Hotel Casci made Florence quite doable. Clean large rooms , tub for kids' baths, crib, high chair, convenient breakfast hours, more than adequate delicious breakfast menu to please all ages, fantastic capuccino machine, and always cheery staff made us feel welcome. A Happy Thankgiving sign was such a kind...

I was in Fiorence recently for 11 days. I stayed 10 nights at Hotel Casci. I chose this hotel from TA reviews and from some additional research. I travel frequently, solo. It was my first trip to Florence, but not to Italy. I have a basis for comparison. For example, Milan is snobbish; Venice is claustrophobic. The Lakes regions are...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (72 euro per night). The Duomo is 1 block away. Our room was towards the back of the building so there was no street noise at all. The rooms are small and modest but comfortable. The bathroom is clean and the water hot. The rooms are also heated. Breakfast is included in...

As usual we thank all guests of ours for their time to write up their reviews, which are an invaluable help to us !! Referring to this particular one, we would like to place a few comments: - first of all, we are not a totally non smoking hotel; true, most of our bedrooms are non smoking and according to...

Small, charming, comfortable hotel --walking distance to everything. Family run - working hard to please guests and made us feel very comfortable. We had a small, quiet room. Breakfast was great and we met lots of other families. Free internet and a computer in the lobby. Our family loved the DVDs that are made available. We liked their restaurant suggestions....

I just stayed a week in Florence at the Hotel Casci. It is a 2 star hotel that provides special value. It is about 2 blocks from the Cathedral or Duomo on the second floor of a 16th century building. There is, of course, elevator access. There are 24-29 rooms. They are clean and well appointed. Although I was there...

We stayed 2 nights at Casci last week for the first time. We liked the reviews and also have friends that have stayed there. A 5-star hotel this is not, however, the location is great, the staff are wonderful, we had a great stay! The hotel is very close to the center, Duomo, and Uffizi gallery. You wont need a...

We were greeted by the very friendly and personable Pierpaulo who welcomed us with a choice of rooms. The room we chose was spacious and comfortable with a fridge and large bathroom. The very large windows were triple insulated so the traffic below was silenced. The Duomo was a five minute walk. The breakfast was abundant and the lady who...
