We started off our visit to this hotel on the wrong foot because the clerk told us we could drive our rental car to the hotel if we wanted. DO NOT try driving in Florence! After much frustration with the traffic and one-way streets, we finally gave up, parked the car, and walked the rest of the way to the...

The hotel is not far from Firenze SMN, and it's easy to get to every scenic spot in Florence. Staffs were really friendly as described by other travellers. The room is big but the wall is too thin, we can hear other people talking in the next door.

Stayed for 3 nights in May. All the guys in the reception were very nice and super helpfull in advising on the best places to visit and have dinner/lunch. We followed the instructions religiously and had the best time ever in Florence :) Nice and inexpensive breakfast with very tasty caffe latte.. We felt we were taken very good care...

My partner and I have just spent 3 nights in Florence, and like the previous review, our booking was also lost! We arrived on 30th April and were met with a confused man at reception as they didn't have our booking. I showed them my printed confirmation and they managed to find it in their emails - the problem was...

Unfortunately we arrived at the hotel to be told they had lost our reservation and were fully booked so could not accommodate us. To the credit of the man on reception he was apologetic and made us a coffee while he tried to find us alternate accommodation. They did find us somewhere else but it was clearly of a lesser...

Overbooking !!! We deeply excuse us by heart. As noted in many other reviews, our property and coworkers go above and beyond in providing our guests with exceptional service and we regret that this was not your experience. Unfortunately once a while the booking system is not working as it should. It happened very rarely 3 times in 3 years....

Staff is very helpful!!! We had not booked our museums and they made phone calls to get us tickets. It was great. The rooms are clean and comfy and the location is ideal. Overall a perfect experience and you can't beat the price.

This is a great small hotel to stay at, especially for the price! We booked a Quad room, but were upgraded to the Junior Suite which was perfect for our family. It was the best family setup we had during our trip to Italy. In Europe it is very hard to find a family suite, and this was it. Most...

A ten minute walk or a five minute taxi ride from the train station brings you to the Hotel Loggia Fiorentina. From the outside you could almost miss it as a hotel with just a metal plaque locating it. You ring the bell and the door clicks open. There are plenty of steps (the hotel shares the block with several...
