The host, Edo was so nice as everybody else is writing. He once came with me to a restaurant across the street (the owner is his friend) to give me some advice on the menu! I think he's someone who truly enjoys taking good care of others. The place is not at the center, and because of this things are...

My husband and I started our trip in Italy this past September with a short stay in Florence. Thank goodness we picked Hotel Il Giglio D'Oro! Eduardo literally saved our vacation, as when we arrived, late at night after about 30 hours of traveling from the U.S., it turned out that we didn't actually have a confirmed reservation. We were...

Eduardo and Celia welcome you into their home as though you were a friend of the family. They go over and above to make you feel welcome. Our suitcases did not arrive in Florence. Eduardo made calls for us to the airport and even offered to go to the airport to retrieve them! He was at the B&B to accept...

Eduardo and his family were so kind! He was more than willing to help out with questions and gave lots of recommendations of places to eat around the B&B. He showed us where to buy bus tickets and explained how to get to the sites and back. The popular Florence sites were only about a 5 minute bus ride away....
