The very new B&B Sognando Firenze, created in 2009, is situated on the first floor of an early 20th century building, on the slopes of the Piazzale Michelangelo hill with the David by Michelangelo, just a few steps from the heart of Old Town. Our B&B is composed of 6 double/twin rooms; in each room we can add single beds. The rooms are bright with high ceilings, typical of buildings of historical interest. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, TV, heating and air conditioning, wi-fi.

It was a nice 1-night stay with my husband and parents at Sognando Firenze. Bedrooms and bathrooms are new and spotless clean. The buffet breakfast is an Italian one that could be improved with better cornetti or fresh bread and maybe some ham but that's...More

Hi there, not sure whether my answer is still useful but there are a couple of parking lots next to the hotel where you can park for a fee. If memory serves me well, it was about 15 euro for the day. I tried finding free street parking around but it was impossible. It is reserved only for locals.
