Anyone who visits Florence must definitely go to the Ponte Vecchio. Its the oldest standing bridge with shops on either side and great views of the water. It is a landmark in the city and a bridge of significant importance.

This is not a hotel but a bridge. While visiting Florence this is a must visit place. There are multi storied shops and offices on this bridge. Jewelry is sold on this bridge but better to avoid as cost and authenticity is under doubt.

Stayed around Pont Vecchio bridge ( Hermitage Hotel - excellent location and older style) Lots of culture to absorb at main attractions, Great people watching, and shopping, but the smaller streets are where the good eating is found
