This was our second stop in our 2 week Italy vacation. This hotel is what you expect in most European cities, its older and not as nice as high end or American chain hotels , but not bad either. The hotel is 10 minute walk with luggage from main train station, literally down the block from Duomo . I rented...

We stayed in the Garden suite for 3 nights which was seconds from the pool though we only used it once. The room was fantastic. The air con was also excellent which was good for us as we are not used to 37 degrees heat. The staff were absolutely superb and the hotel couldn't be in a better position for...

This a nice family run hotel in center of Florence. Location: perfect, next to San Lorenzo church and not far from the main attractions in the city. Central Station is within the walking distance. Service: very friendly staff, overall we were very happy with service. Rooms: clean, equipped in a traditional way with a high celling. It gives you a...

I loved the atmosphere and charm of this hotel. The staff was terrific and happy to please all of it's customers. We found Lindo to be top notch and a great help with all of our questions and needs. I can't say enough good about him. Location was safe and close to everything. Walking around was great until the heat...

We had a really lovely time in this hotel. All the staff were very frindly, helpful and made us feel special and welcome. The room we stayed in was beautiful. The location was central, close to all the main sites. The only thing to bear in mind is that if you have to have breakfast very early in the morning,...

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel, which is only 5 minutes walk from the Duomo and 10 minutes from the station. We were given the chance to upgrade to a refurbished garden suite room when we arrived, which was worth every penny as we had a small private terrace with garden table & chairs and stronger WiFi. The room...

This hotel is located on the same street as the Dumo and all historical sites. It was a 10-minute walk from the train station to this hotel with luggage. You have to walk down streets with Cobblestone, but there are areas where there is a regular sidewalk for your rolling luggage. The hotel is in a great location. There is...

This hotel had a great central location. Close to the market and many other attractions! Amazing service at the hotel. One downside is that there is no elevator. But the staff helps take bags up and down. Rooms are spacious and comfortable! Also, has an amazing wine cellar from the 1500s! Beautiful hotel! Would visit again!

This set of rooms is part of the main hotel located 2 doors down. We enjoyed the large bathroom and patio. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served in the main hotel. It was more than adequate for the hungry American. They served several juices, cheese, meats, eggs, pastries, cereal, yogurt and espresso and cappuccino. Our room was...

We arrived to find our rooms that we prepaid for were not available. They did move us to another hotel. We like the new place we stayed, but we were very disappointed with the hotel we booked. We have no idea how to rate the hotel since we did not stay there in the end.
