My biggest gripe was that the hostel locks all the guests out from 11am to 4pm. This makes things a little difficult if you are trying to prepare your own meals and need to make lunch or an early dinner. Other than that, it's nice that the place has a kitchen, and the beds are alright.

I stayed here because I didn't had much option. It's really expensive and it has almost nothing. The kitchen has little things, it onle has 1 small table for dining. Half of the day they are cleaning I wanted to come back at three and the door was locked, they let me in for the bathroom but they basically kicked...

I'm not sure about the other reviews, but the staff was absolutely friendly towards me, toilets abit congested, but everything else was fine. Kitchen was an awesome place to hangout and meet people from different nationalities.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst hostel or place in general that I have ever stayed in. First of all, the place is filthy and there often is no toilet paper. Second of all, the messed up our booking when we got there. You have to pack up all of your stuff every day--even if you're staying multiple nights--and put it...

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights on a recent trip to Florence. The location is great (the only plus in my opinion). Myself and my boyfriend both got bed bugs from this hostel and are now covered in bites. The lockout from 10-5 is ridiculous. It does not take 7hours to 'clean' two floors every day. And...

I don't think the people running the hostel have a clue what they are doing!! The hostel is really nice and clean and in a perfect location to all the attractions in the city. However we booked a 6 bed dorm and when we arrived they took us to two separate rooms, so we didn't get what we paid for!!!!...

Good location but I do not recommend staying here. Dirty place to stay and not safe for your possessions. Other guests were drunk and did not respect others or the common areas in the building. No rules. I heard someone vomit outside the window & the smell of pot smoke. The managers are rude & disorganized. Never saw the Italian...

The location is good, close to centre to walk around. The atmosphere is friendly, homely, receptionist is helpful. They also have computers, kitchen and the bedsheet is clean. However, not many toilets, so you have to wait a little long. Kitchen is always full of people and very small, difficult to stay there to cook and eat. The room could...

This has been THE WORST HOSTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN. I checked out after one night, because I didn't feel safe, I felt like I was not welcome (the owners sshsst us at 8pm and told us to leave the kitchen when not cooking, only because they needed to use the kitchen themselves), money had been stolen from a friend's...

Do not stay here. They say that they have Aircon, but they don't. They say they have wifi, but they don't. You have to climb seven stories, no lift. The toilets were foul, the showers were disgusting and cold. The staff were the rudest and least helpful I have ever dealt with by a massive margin. Don't trust their hostel...
