I stayed in this hotel on 8th and 9th October 2016, The worst part of our tour is staying in this hotel in Italy. The lady was terrible, we requested for a packed breakfast on 9th morning as we have to take tour to Pisa and Siena at 8 AM but the lady owner was always saying that she cannot...

It was comfortable and conveniently located. The breakfast was typically Italian (sweet). Sometimes cars and other residents could be heard, although not late at night so I slept well (take earplugs just in case). It served my purpose to visit Florence and sight see well.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days after this New year. Convenient location near to the railway station and the historic centre. Easily find on the street. Good value for money, even better than we expected. Inside the hotel is very cozy and nice. Spacious and clean rooms with fine design of the walls. Big comfortable...

We arrived around 10pm and had some questions about the city and a cordially smiling receptionist has nicely explained the itinerary and gave us a map. As for the rooms they are pretty clean and comfortable ,except for disturbing kitch photos( black and white lips with a red cherry and glitters) on the wall , for someone who is visiting...

I stayed there as I m at home. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Has big room and bathroom. The owner and her daughter are helpful and pretty. It is maybe little bit far away from train station but I would like to stay there again. 👍

The room was not that comfortable, the towels in the bathroom I would rate as napkins in a restaurant, and the worst was my Lady friend and I watched the owner washing dishes by hand, and also washing the plastic knives and forks for reuse, very unsanitary by any standard. Also was told the first hot beverage was free but...

Price is good if you are travelling on a tight budget. Four in a room at about 160 per day is a good deal. However, if you are more used to a regular hotel there are a few things to consider: no AC, and in the Florentine summer that can be a problem even with two fans in the room....

We stayed at one of the attic rooms in July 2016. The room they gave us was big with 4 beds (we are two). The WiFi on those floors was not working, which was important for us but the man on the reception said it was working for everyone and that I should insert the right password (I think I...

Very nice and friendly staff. However, my son and I were in Florence during the period where bridge was damaged so water supply was terribly affected. Woke up with no water to brush teeth nor shower. Hotel management knew about the water supply problem and could have supply us bottled water at least for our basic requirements. There were big...

Dear randomtraveller747 I remember perfectly You and Yr. Son. As You wrote Your stay in our hotel coincided with the breaking of the main water pipes in Florence. The entire city of Florence has remained for about 7 hours with reduced water pressure to the minimum. Our Hotel thanks to our tanks of 5000 liters has been able to ensure...
