Hotel was very stingy with towels (felt like tablecloths); soap; food, and maps. We had 3 staying in our room; had to beg for a 3rd towel. No handtowels or washcloths provided. Soaps are very small and you only get 1 per room. No bath mat, our bathroom floor flooded every time we took a shower. I was very worried...

Biggest complaint is wi fi. You have to pay for it per day, and it's not bad when you can get it BUT it does not work in many rooms (tried with Android, iPhone and iPad). You have to stand out in a common area to get a signal. Walk down the corridor to my room and lose the signal...

The hotel Piccadilly was not a good hotel the only good thing about it, was the location in downtown Florence. The rooms were somewhat clean, but the bathrooms were disgusting. They smelt very bad, and the showers were just a shower head in the middle of the bathroom. The beds were decent, but the sheets were not clean. The windows...
