We booked this hotel for our last night in Sicily (17 days to return home in our car from a 3 month tour - our 1-off). This was one of the very best places we stayed; although the room was small it was pleasant and quiet. We loved the gardens and the shoreline mini-bay, with rocks and boats, and a...

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a good location beside the coast and away from the main part of the town which is easily accessible using the cable car. There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance and the hotel itself serves an excellent set evening meal. The breakfast is a standard hotel continental breakfast....

A Superb family run hotel in Mazzaro just down the Funiva (Gondola) from Taormina. Excellent chalet rooms with everything you need including memory foam mattresses. The hosts are fabulously welcoming and don't worry about finding a restaurant if Angelo is on duty! Dinner Fantastico!

A must place to stay. Absolutely fantastic hotel in a great location with fantastic people. We stayed for a week and can not fault anything. The room was perfect, the location was perfect, food was perfect and everyone working there was amazing. So welcoming and friendly and true genuine people that made our stay so perfect. We highly recommend staying...

We stayed in this hotel for one night in the middle of November. Location is good and it was not difficult to find. This hotel has car parking, but very limited for a few cars only. We were lucky to find a space, because it was not too busy. The hotel is about 1 mile from city centre and up...

We really enjoyed our stay at this small, family run hotel. It is in the beach area of Taormina with a lovely garden and patio area. We liked being able to walk down to the small free beach area or to Isola Bella. Our room was spacious and very clean. The location was great -- close to the water but...

Though the street sign is easy to miss, and the driveway is very steep, this was a lovely place to stay near Taormina with free parking. It is family-run and everyone was very helpful. The room was comfortable though not overly spacious, and it was easy to get to Taormina from there either by funicular (which sadly wasn't working during...

I'd visited this hotel maybe 10 years ago when it was under different ownership (absolutely loved it) and I'm delighted to report that it hasn't changed a bit. Simple, clean, friendly, great breakfast and the most fantastic location you could possibly ask for - for me it makes much more sense to stay down in Mazzaro rather than Taormina itself,...

The photos we saw of this hotel were much nicer than the reality. Our room was behind reception which had a window with no view so it was very dark for our stay. The shower was so small I couldn't even lift my arms to shampoo without the shower doors been left open! There wasn't anywhere to sunbathe on the...

We stayed for a couple of nights in this little hotel. Upon arrival, we managed to park our small Italian car inside the compound. When we were shown to our room it turned out to be underneath the car park itself. The window from the room faces directly to the breakfast area, so we had to keep the windows shut...
