Probably unrivalled in Taormina. Beautiful hotel perched on the edge of the sea overlooking a stunning small bay with crystal clear water. The views from the bedrooms must be amongst the best in the Med. Fantastic breakfast with superb outlook. Staff all very friendly and helpful. There are a handful of bars and shops very close by, but requires a 3 minute ride in the (nearby) cable car to get up into Taormina town itself, which is simply a delight. Great terrace and pool with direct access for swimming in the sea. In our view nothing to fault, it was superb.

We arrived late at night but Marco made sure we had a nice welcome drink and meal. The room was spacious with a terace with a sea view. The hotel pool restaurant was good and the open air gym was nice. We toured Mt Etna and the Alcantra Gorge, walked through Taormina and did a local boat tour with Alex during our stay. For dinners, we enjoyed both the Baronesssa restaurant in Taormina and the hotel restaurant. A very pleasant stay with quality service.

My husband and I just returned from this hotel and I must say it is a truly 5 stars hotel. The view, the pool and the rooms, are beautiful but what made my stay so memorable is the level of service. Sonia, the hotel manager, is one of the best at customer service I ever encounter! I had a little hick up with my room and she went over and above to ensure that I was satisfied! I never dealt with someone with this appreciation of her guests. And this level of 5 stars treatment is infused in all the staff such as Bruno and Gaia at reception and Salvo at the restaurant. A special thanks also to my cleaning lady Adriana which smiles, kindness and special attentions brighten my days every time I saw her. There are plenty of beautiful hotels in the world but this level of service is very rare. Thank you!!…

We have just returned home from 11 nights at the Atlantis Bay! We absolutely loved it… beautiful hotel and location, fantastic service, would absolutely recommend! This hotel is so romantic, we got engaged under the palm trees - it was perfection! The staff are excellent - Marco and Alessandro, and Luca in particular!

Loved this hotel- sat on balcony every morning and evening. Staff are helpful and polite. We were on the 5th floor and never heard the train that runs right next to it. Breakfast was especially good. Remember to bring a snorkel and goggles as water is crystal clear.

We visited Atlantis Bay in 2019 and loved it so much we booked to come back again in 2020, but didn't manage to get there until the end of June 2022. Everything was just as wonderful on our second visit. The room we had was amazing with a terrace overlooking the pool; there were ample sunbeds and plenty of opportunities to have a cooling dip in the sheltered bay or swimming pool. But what sets Atlantis Bay apart from anywhere else we have stayed is the staff - from reception to the pool area to the restaurant - nothing was too much trouble and you could see the pride that the staff take in representing the hotel. We ate in the Restaurant every evening and were very well looked after with beautiful home cooked food and detailed explanations of what we had chosen. Thank you to all of you for making our stay memorable - we will be back!…

We stayed here with our family and loved it! The setting was gorgeous, the hotel amenities were the best in Europe and the staff was phenomenal, Simona, Francesco, Chiara, Salvo, Walter, Giorgio, Rosario, Giseppe, Gregorio and everyone else was so accommodating, we will definitely be back over and over again.

We just spent 5 nights at Atlantis Bay and loved it. Let me begin with the room which was spacious and so comfortable in every way: bed, bathroom, temperature etc. The Setting of this beautiful and heavenly place on it‘s own private little bay is unsurpassed. You can swim in the bay and in the pool, water temperature was perfect when we went. And now to the service: everyone was truly dedicated to make you stay better. Sonja at the reception is really accommodating and helpful. Marco at the bar was such a great bartender who provided snacks from the restaurant every single night with our drinks. Giuseppe at the beach is the most hardworking person and so helpful with every need we had. From questions about the weather to recommendations. Melissa at the reception was another genuine person who checked ours out with a special and memorable gift. Atlantis Bay team, we will be back. Ciao for now.…

From Walter who met us on arrival who was so nice to us to all the staff and then as I love my red wine I met Salvatore - a sommelier never to forget , his advice and choice of wines were amazing along with his company at our table - fantastic guy . The ideal location and destination for a wonderful holiday or short break. Beautiful views, wonderful hotel, the staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by happy and helpful staff. The entrance is enchanting and reception has a wonderful aroma and panoramic view across the bay. Smiling reception staff welcomed us to the hotel. Our room was authentically Sicilian, with a modern twist, immaculately clean, with a large balcony and great ocean views. As the hotel is very close to the ocean we enjoyed both swimming in the sea and the pool. With excellent options for drinks and delicious food during the day. Everyone couldn’t be more helpful or welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.
