I cannot say enough positive things about the nights we spent at Villa Ducale. Rosaria went out of her way to make us feel extra special during our stay. We felt like we were her house guests and were truly treated like friends. The views are spectacular and the breakfasts are wonderful! The staff was all very friendly and hospitable....

We spent seven nights at this fantastic hotel. It is a small family run hotel and has a very special atmosphere. The staff were great. We could not have been made more welcome and were given every member of staffs full attention as and when required. The restaurant provides excellent locally sourced, cooked to order Sicilian food. The food was...

We spent the last four days of our three week trip to Italy at this absolutely delightful hotel. It's good we didn't go there first, or all other hotels would have been disappointing. Our room, though a bit small, was lovely, and the views of the sea and Mt. Etna were spectacular from our little front patio and the dining...

We have spent 3 nights in Villa Ducale as a start of a Sicily trip, and this hotel was the best. Perfect location with a beautiful view, superb service (which is a rarity in Sicily), perfectly quiet nights. This is not a cheap hotel but there were others on our trip with the same price and a service which was...

I don't know where to begin. The location and view are amazing. The hotel is owned by Rosaria Quartucci. It was her family home and was left to her by her mother. Her philosophy for this hotel ( she owns another hotel in Taormina) is that you are a guest in her home and that is what makes this unique...

This hotel truely reflects the generosity and artistic flair of the owners. Everyone who works there is a delight. The views are 'drop dead gorgeous' and the food is exceptional. Add to this an 'at home welcome' and real understanding of how to make your stay perfect and you have a wonderful holiday destination. Tucked away at close to the...

Overlooking the picturesque town of Taormina, Villa Ducale really is beautiful. We recently stayed there for 10 nights and the staff are the best we have come across in our years of travel. So friendly, informative and sincere. They cannot do enough for you. From the couple that own it, to the reception staff and especially the lovely lady that served us...

We had an amazing stay and absolutely no complaints but I don't think it is worth the money. London prices plus but room cramped and bathroom old fashioned. The terrace with the room was amazing but lots of Mosquitos. Breakfast and staff wonderful and shuttle really good.
