My husband and I stayed here for one night, we wished we had more time to stay here. It is a very good hotel, very friendly and kind staff. We arrived there early but, Salvatore greeted us very kindly, friendly and helped to store our backpacks so we could stroll around until the room was ready. Very good location, very...

Wonderful small hotel right on the main mostly pedestrian street in Taormina. Great location, clean and nice staff. Parking is far from the hotel, so drop off companions at the arch and then go park in one of the available lots ($10 Euro per day) which have free buses back to the arch at the entrance to Corso Umberto. Use...

Right on Corso Umberto, which means you are close to everything but also should be aware of the fact that the street - although it's a pedestrian street - is very noisy almost all night long. Breakfast is rather good, staff is cheerful, the hotel is very clean - but beds are very hard!

This was a very pretty family run hotel, right on Corso Umberto. My husband and I had three nights here before returning home from Sicily. I'd requested a room on a high floor in a quiet location, that's just what we were given. Our room was very comfortable with excellent aircondioning, a modern bathroom and a lovely little balcony. Everywhere...

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Can't ask for more than that, but wait. The owner and staff were outstanding; very helpful ideas and suggestions. Breakfast was a good variety - eggs, salami, and cheese; cereal and fruit, bread, croissants and pies and the best cappuccino. Thank you, ladies. Location was perfect on the main street but very quiet. Taormina...

The hotel was charmingly situated, just on the Corso! That's where all charm stopped! The mattresses caused back-pain and headaches compelling us to eat pain-killers. When I suggested the hotel to reduce the price with a fourth;the receptionist waved his arms and stated: All Italian mattresses are like this!!! A full-grown macho! I then replied that the 4 hotels/ B&...

We visited Taormina 17.&18. of October, looking for a family room for one night only. Found this hotel Victoria being well located on Corso Umberto, the main pedestrian street in center Taormina. The good reviews were the second reason for booking one night there. We were completely satisfied by everything provided in this 2 star rated hotel, whereas 2 star...

How strange that Oscar Wilde's hotel (yes he did stay here!) should be so low-key. It's an inexpensive but comfortable choice if you appreciate a traditional old hotel with some small rooms. The stairs and door jambs appear similar to the rare and valuable marble of the Holy Door of St. Peter's, Vatican. My room was cheerful despite having no...

Excellent location. Lovely hotel with character and beautifully decorated. Very friendly staff and a very good breakfast, all at a very reasonable price, especially for Taormina which is generally expensive compared to other places we visited in Sicily. Thoroughly recommend.
