This is in a great location, central to shopping, restaurants and easy access to all tourist attractions. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the gardens and pool area well maintained. Staff are extremely helpful for any assistance. The concierge is fantastic, very helpful when planning your sight seeing and also great with ideas/ suggestions for your time there. The rooms...

Absolutely gorgeous property. Free breakfast in the morning with one of the best views in the world overlooking the water and views of Mt. Etna. The property is quite large and the rooms are too. Only issue was that the bed was uncomfortable, but the service and setting were fantastic. Right in the middle of the town, walkable to everything.

I stayed for two nights at the San Domenico during a business trip April/2017. The staff was very friendly and the place was a five star property. The grounds are beautiful. The breakfast buffet with outdoor seating offered a good variety and an exceptional sea view. My balcony overlooked the sea and leaving the door open provided a cool breeze....

This is a terrific hotel. Friendly staff, perfectly located, views galore and a private garden that alone is worth booking here. We had a large room with its own patio overlooking the sea below and the ancient Greek above us. Sorry we had to leave.

Splendid historic building, somewhat in need of an interior repaint. Views are second to none. Ask for a price list in the bar. We didn't and were charged 40 euros for coffee and cake. But did appreciate the room upgrade (superior sea view)_ due to 'endless spring' off season booking.
