We stayed for 3 nights last year and it was not long enough. So this year we booked for a week! If anything Francesca's breakfast was even better than remembered, Sicilian mangoes, fresh figs and home made cakes and home made jams! We received a lovely welcome on arrival and felt again that it was more like visiting friends at...

Our family visited Sicily in August this year. We stayed at Casa Turchetti for 3 nights. The location per SE is fantastic. There are steps leading down from the Casa to the main shopping street, restaurants, bars etc! Francesca and Pino the owners, were fantastic hosts. The Casa is a restored historic building with a fabulous terrace on the top. This...

It is a year since my husband and I visted Casa Turchetti on our honeymoon (August 2012) but having just joined Trip Advisor we felt compelled to write a review for this small hotel as the service we received was so outstanding. Francesca went out of her way to make our stay in Taormina the best possible experience we could...

Basicallly it is already clear from all former revies, but just to reconfirm it once again: this place is absolutely fabulous. Location is super, the roofterrace and rooms are beautiful (and the most clean I have seen) and the service is more than you can expect. There are so many details in this beautifully restored building and it is great...

My hunsband and I decided to get married in Sicily after reading a fantastic review about Casa Turchetti. We had googled weddings abroad and found an article written by the Observer Newspaper which had recommended this hotel and location as being a beautiful and romantic place to get married. We knew this was the place we wanted to go to...

This is a small Boutique hotel situated in a quiet spot but very close to the main street in Taormina. This may lack the facilities of a large 5 star hotel (it doesn't have a pool, a spa or an opulent reception area)....but it more than makes up for it in other ways. The owners Pino and Francesco will do...

Casa Turchetti is a real esclusive and luxury 5 suites rooms. Very central in Taormina. Francesca, the owner was really able to make our vacation a very charme experience. Amazing the breakfast, hug and top level! The terrace has the BEST VIEW in Taormina: from Etna Vulcano to Greac Teather. The BEST choice in Taormina.

Casa Turchetti is a lovely hotel with a rather special roof terrace just off the pedestrianised shopping street in Taormina, We loved having breakfast on the terrace and admired views of the turquoise sea, Greek theatre, lemon trees, and Mt Etna. The hosts are charming and provided a remarkable breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable. If you like walking and...

This lovely small hotel was a delight. Lovely rooms, a stunning roof terrace with views over the bay and of Mt. Etna. Very quiet location but only 1 minute from the main street in Taormina. The breakfast each day was delicious. Especially Francesca's home made apple cake. The owners Pino and Francesca were helpful and friendly. The service was brilliant....

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Casa Turchetti owes its name to the “Maestro Turchetti” who was a great musician that first held his lesson in the house and later turned it in a very important School for Musicians in Taormina .Not far from the gourgeous panoramic “Belvedere “ square , and just upon it , the house is situated in the heart of Taormina , almost in the middle between Porta Messina and Porta Catania. In all rooms well restored it’s possible to feel the characteristic atmosphere of the late 1800’s houses. ... more   less
