Room clean, but smelt of disinfectant. Chair facing one of the walls which was a bit odd, but perhaps who ever cleaned the room did not have time to put it in the right position. Food was ok but not very hot. Breakfast only average. Bit of a disappointment.

Nice Hotel reasonable pricing . Helpful staff . Nice coffee shop next to Hotel lots of tourist sites nearby . Car parking included . Late pub with good food also nearby . Rooms were comfortable , You include breakfast but I didn't have opted for the coffee shop reasonable pricing for hotel guests.

The hotel is easy to find and easy to park at private free parking. The staff is friendly. The room is clean enough but the bed is not very comfortable. A lot of noise around the hotel, not recommended for light sleeper. The breakfast cannot be considered as a four star hotel service. Not many choices and no hot dish.

The standard of this hotel cannot seriously be meant to be 4 stars? The rooms were small and not very well maintained - we had to chose between opening the suitcase and close the toilet door.. The aircondition made nice as a helicopter and made it impossible to sleep with that on, and in the cake-based breakfast they could not...

I give this hotel one star as it is in a good location for the archaeological park ( but take note the Greek theatre is covered with wooden boarding so you can't see the actual ruins, the amphitheatre is closed but they charge the full price and don't tell you that you can't see it all properly) The other reason...

There are only 2 reasons I even gave this hotel 1 star. 1) Location is perfect for visiting the archeological park 2) Maria of the wait staff. She went above and beyond. Otherwise! The food was horrible. We had shoe leather (roast beef) and baby food (frozen string beans that were over cooked). The shower stall was moldy. The shower...

Other than the archeological park, there's nothing in the vicinity of this hotel except for retail shops, so walking to a restaurant for dinner is out of the question. There is off-street parking but space is limited, so you may or may not find a place to park. The bar is a joke; they were out of such cocktail staples...

A real disappointment. Not a four star - youth-hostel at best and we stayed at way better youth-hostels around the world. Walls as thick as a cardboard-box. Small room - tiny window - a real dump. But nice and friendly staff and good starting point for archeological sites.

This is an old hotel that has been spruced up a bit with new furniture. Floors old and noisy. Walls paper thin. Bathrooms old and not very clean. Restaurant was poor serving frozen food overcooked and they had the nerve to list the chief's name on the menu. Wifi worked only near the elevator not in the room. Pillows were...

After having read some of the Trip Advisor reviews of this hotel, my husband and I decided to book a one-night stay there while in Sicily. Unfortunately, this hotel fell far short of my expectations. The hotel is located on a very busy main street in Siracusa, and was therefore less than quiet and restful. The gentleman that greeted us...
